The casino welcome bonus was decent and sign up was a breeze, but it went downhill quickly after that. When trying to play games by certain providers I would get a "code 101" pop up that would not give me access to the slot, I followed the customer supports advice and deleted cache, changed browsers, changed devices and tried a different network, but nothing fixed the problem, so I then had to find other providers that had games I enjoyed, but once again there were issues, after about 5 spins into the game the game would freeze, and a pop up would come on saying waiting to connect, this went on for quite awhile and customer service just stopped replying to my requests for assistance. And just to make things a little more clear, the original problem with pop up "code 101" wasnt because I was in a restricted area and could not access the provider. Relax gaming is not restricted in my area. I tried playing habanero which is restricted in my area, and got a completely different pop up conirming that it was because of my location I couldnt play habanero. And for the slots that kept freezing "Play'n Go", I ran a speed test on my network that had me at 100 mbps, that should be more then enough to play the slots with out any connection issues.
There seemed to be issue after issue without much help or concern from customer service, and I felt like it was a giant waste of the $50 I deposited, at no time did I actually get any enjoyment from playing here.

I’ve been waiting for 9 days now to complete my KYC process at this casino, and the whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve played at Immerion for just over 2 and half months now, and I can hand down say this is the worst casino I’ve encountered.

The only positive is the range of games you can play.

Firstly, they offer huge bonuses for depositing. When you do deposit, you still have to wager 3x your balance before you can even withdraw. If you go into your IMR balance (bonus fund) then you need to wager up to 50x.

When you beat that, there is a restriction 10x your deposit, you can actually change to you currency of choice, so if you win big like I did don’t expect to get it all.

Next comes the withdrawing money that you fairly won. The is a limit of $1000 daily limit, $2000 weekly limit. To put this into context in my situation, I won $12,000, it would have took me 6 weeks to withdraw.

If you contact support they will not help you one bit, except say those are the limits, but if you gamble more and are loyal we may raise these limits. Basically they want you to gamble and lose. After actually withdrawing $4000 in two weeks, the temptation of having the rest laying in my account got to much, plus the frustration with no help from VIP team and being impatient, I lost the rest. Had I have been able to withdraw the whole balance in one or two transactions this would not have been the case.

These are the sort of things you get from the support team "in order to have higher limits you have to bring more activity on our platform to the table" and "if you stay active and loyal, those will be increased exclusively for you".

As I have said, I’ve played here nearly 3 months. Probably everyday. I’ve deposited a lot, and I would say I have wagered well over $200k. Yet they would not raised my limits, and ask me to be loyal. I would suggest they consider being loyal to their players and actually listen to them.

As a result of their "limits" I gambled away money that I fairly won (beat the $38k wagering from a bonus). I’ve had so many conversations to get them to process them, it’s like they keep you hanging so you cancel it and gamble more.

Four attempts at withdrawal, first 2 went ok. 3rd one took so much back and forth I promised myself I wouldn’t deposit again. I did and they rejected my withdrawal (Crypto USDT), they wanted KYC details.
I don’t use a Crypto casino for them to have my details. I couldn’t be bothered to argue with them any more and just asked them to close the account, the support wouldn’t even do that. Eventually I blew the $100 they refused to withdrawal and found in the preferences to close account, which seems to have worked. Why they couldn’t do that on the support chat I don’t know. Stay away there are plenty other reputable crypto casinos.
Just saw the casinos response, not even bothered to read the issue as per usual.

Funds were not going to my bank at all, it was a crypto payout, more lies and excuses

I already sent a complaint about this casino and now here is a review.
This casino has major technical problems especially with payouts. My first withdrawal attempt was canceled after more than 10 days of waiting, after that they told me to use another card to withdraw. Now I'm waiting again even though they promised me that they would speed up the process.

Immerion has a great game selection, fast deposits, and a great cashback process. Recently they struggled to get my payouts in a timely fashion but (a) they eventually made it happen and (b) the put up with a lot of nonsense from me in the process.

Customer service respond very quickly and a friendly and informative.

Μετά την υποβολή των απαιτούμενων εγγράφων KYC, συνέχισε να αντιμετωπίζει καθυστερήσεις στη διαδικασία επαλήθευσης, καθώς το καζίνο ζήτησε επανειλημμένα πρόσθετα έγγραφα, αφήνοντάς τον να περιμένει 23 ημέρες από την αρχική του υποβολή. Η Ομάδα Παραπόνων απευθύνθηκε στο καζίνο για διευκρίνιση και παρέτεινε το χρονικό πλαίσιο για απάντηση. Τελικά, ο παίκτης αποφάσισε να κλείσει την καταγγελία αφού έχασε το υπόλοιπό του, υποδεικνύοντας ότι το καζίνο άνοιξε αναλήψεις μόνο αφού δεν του είχαν απομείνει χρήματα. Η καταγγελία απορρίφθηκε λόγω της επιλογής του παίκτη να παίξει με τα χρήματά του κατά τη διαδικασία επαλήθευσης.
