Honestly, the games are exciting, they give good multipliers and winnings, once I got a win of 500 CAD from my deposit and almost immediately withdrew the funds. I came to the site, registered, and received a bonus for that, but I didn't win anything from it. I looked at the bonuses available on the site and was interested in the welcome bonuses, there are five of them instead of three, as in other casinos here.

Δεν το προτείνω, έπαιξα με το μπόνους και το πιο ενδιαφέρον είναι ότι με αυστηρά κριτήρια μπόνους και μόνο 10 φορές πληρωμές της αξίας του μπόνους σε αυτό το καζίνο, δεν πετυχαίνεις ούτε το 2% της εκπλήρωσης του μπόνους. Το RTP είναι σχεδόν στο 0, πήρα και 50 περιστροφές με την κατάθεση και με αυτήν έφτασε τα 8€, ακόμα και με αυτή τη νίκη δεν παίρνεις τίποτα. Για να μην αναφέρουμε τα δωρεάν έπαθλα κατά τη διάρκεια του παιχνιδιού, δεν δείχνει καν ότι υπάρχουν. Πραγματικά δεν ξέρω πώς μπορούν να λειτουργήσουν τέτοια καζίνο. Signed up for a look and cannot get on live chat, have emailed several times with a screenshot of an issue, only to be answered by stay casino saying we would love to help but you need to go to live chat, but if you vote for us we will be happy to offer you some free spins. Registered here from Stay casino, they sent to me a lot of offers and i tried out it. Verification was very quick, easy to deposit, good bonuses, but problems with withdrawal to ewallet..its already 4th day and i havent got my little withdrawal to the skrill. Don't sign up here. You do not get the first deposit bonus. Live chat keep fogging you off, saying that they are really busy or they are having technical problems. I would advise everyone to stay away from this casino and ask casinoguru to blacklist the casino. False misleading promotions is all this casino is good at. Avoid at all costs.

Πρώτα σας ζητούν να ανεβάσετε συγκεκριμένο έγγραφο σε PDF αλλά μαντέψτε τι; Αυτό το καζίνο δεν σας επιτρέπει να ανεβάσετε τίποτα άλλο εκτός από εικόνα ή στιγμιότυπο οθόνης. Όταν πατάτε το upload, δεν μπορείτε καν να δείτε όλο το έγγραφο στη συσκευή σας.

Επίσης, ζητούν ένα συγκεκριμένο στιγμιότυπο οθόνης για τον πολύ καλύτερο λογαριασμό μου ως απόδειξη πληρωμής. Αυτό που ζητούσαν δεν υπήρχε στην εφαρμογή Muchbetter.

Τους έστειλα τα πάντα και ακόμη περισσότερα που χρειάζονταν για να επαληθεύσουν την ταυτότητά μου. Το θέμα επιλύθηκε αφού έκανα μια επίσημη καταγγελία εδώ και μια εβδομάδα πέρα δώθε με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών τους. Ήθελαν να παίξω τα χρήματα που κέρδισα και ήταν προφανές. Σταματούν όσο μπορούσαν αλλά κατέληξαν να πληρώσουν ούτως ή άλλως.

Δεν το λέω ποτέ αυτό σε μια κριτική, αλλά μην εγγραφείτε σε αυτό το καζίνο... ποτέ!

Unfortunatly, my experience with the customer service of this casino was probably the worst experience of my life. Deposited 80$ with their welcome bonus. Ending up winning 1500$.

When came the time to verify my document.....Ho my God-_-

First they ask you to upload certain document in PDF but guess what ? This casino does not let you upload anything else than picture or screenshot. When you press upload, you can't even see all the document in your device.

Also, they ask for a particular screenshot for my muchbetter account as proof of Payment. What they were asking for did not exist in the Muchbetter app.

I sent them everything and even more that they needed to verify my identity. The matter was resolved after I made a official complaint here and a week of back and forth with their customer service. They wanted me to play the money I won and it was obvious. They stall as much as they could but ended up paying anyway.

I never say that in a review but don't subscribe to that casino....ever !
