Very strange casino that I hardly use - I received an email to let me know my account was closed due to multiple chargebacks. After a few deposits, I requested a withdrawal. They processed it with minimal KYC requirements, only asking for my ID. I submitted it, and the withdrawal went through since I was overall at a loss.

However, after making a few more deposits—without using any bonuses—I won a small jackpot of about €2,000. That’s when the problems started.

They suddenly demanded excessive verification, including a selfie with my ID, a selfie with my ID and a handwritten note, a screenshot of my Binance wallet, a utility bill, a bank statement, and more.

I provided all the requested documents, yet they still refused my withdrawal for ridiculous reasons, such as claiming that my handwritten note didn’t have lines.
