I want to raise a complaint with Tobique Gaming Commission to with Novatrix SRL and therefore jeetcity is registered under,
You can only register a complaint with them by following a link through a "shield" on the registered company website, which is not available on jeetcity or novatrix srl website,
I tried numerous times to talk to Jeetcity online support and keep having the Conversation rudely closed rather than answering the question as to how I can find it.
- Any positives are cancelled out by the extreme lack of respect and accountability
- Failure to protect vulnerable customers
- Failure to close account when advised an active addiction is at play
- Failure to take responsibility for failings
