Είμαι πελάτης της Rabona και είχα βάλει ένα στοίχημα με απόδοση 1035,00 BRL. Ως αποτέλεσμα, αποφάσισα να ζητήσω ανάληψη 200,00 BRL. Το αίτημα απόσυρσης έγινε στις 30/10/23, οπότε από σήμερα, μου δόθηκε το runaround για 11 ημέρες. Με ενημέρωσαν ότι η περίοδος παραλαβής ήταν 3 ημέρες. Μέχρι την τέταρτη μέρα, ζήτησα ενημερώσεις, ζήτησαν συγγνώμη για την καθυστέρηση και ενημέρωσαν ότι η πληρωμή ήταν αυτήν τη στιγμή με
το οικονομικό τμήμα και ότι θα το παραλάβω αμέσως.
Κάθε μέρα, επικοινωνούσα με το chat και το email τους για να ζητήσω ενημερώσεις, μόνο για να βιώσω τις ίδιες τακτικές αναστολής.
Μετά από 7 ημέρες καθυστερήσεων, άρχισαν να ζητούν έγγραφα. Υπέβαλα όλα τα απαιτούμενα έγγραφα (απόδειξη ταυτότητας, selfies, αποδεικτικό κατοικίας, δηλώσεις από τον λογαριασμό μου στο Pay4fun, αντίγραφα τραπεζικών λογαριασμών) τα οποία εγκρίθηκαν. Παραδόξως, κάθε μέρα ζητούσαν διαφορετική επαλήθευση (selfie κρατώντας το έγγραφο, selfie με το έγγραφο μπροστά από την οθόνη του φορητού υπολογιστή που δείχνει τον ιστότοπο του Rabona), τα οποία εγκρίθηκαν επίσης. Ζήτησαν (και πάλι) απόδειξη της διεύθυνσης. Όλα στάλθηκαν και ΕΓΚΡΙΘΗΚΑΝ!
Παρόλα αυτά, δεν έχουν κάνει ακόμη την πληρωμή.
Με άλλα λόγια, ακόμη και με έναν επαληθευμένο λογαριασμό και όλα τα έγγραφα ΕΓΚΕΚΡΙΜΕΝΑ, δεν έχουν επεξεργαστεί την ανάληψη μου των 200,00 BRL.
Σημείωση: Θα ζητήσω επίσης ανάληψη του υπολοίπου, το οποίο ανέρχεται σε 835,00 BRL.

I am a client with Rabona and had placed a bet that produced a return of 1035.00 BRL. As a result, I decided to request a withdrawal of 200.00 BRL. The withdrawal request was made on 30/10/23, so as of today, I have been given the runaround for 11 days. They informed me that the receipt period was 3 days. By the fourth day, I requested updates, they apologized for the delay and informed that the payment was currently with
the financial department and that I would receive it promptly.
Every day, I would contact their chat and email to ask for updates, only to experience the same stalling tactics.
After 7 days of delays, they began asking for documents. I submitted all requested documents (proof of identity, selfies, proof of residence, statements from my Pay4fun account, bank account statements) all of which were approved. Surprisingly enough, each day they would ask for different verification (selfie holding the document, selfie with the document in front of the laptop screen showing Rabona's site), all of which were also approved. They requested (yet again) for proof of address. Everything was sent and APPROVED!
Despite this, they still have not made the payment.
In other words, even with a verified account and all documents APPROVED, they haven't processed my withdrawal of 200.00 BRL.
Note: I will also be requesting a withdrawal of the remaining balance, which amounts to 835.00 BRL.

Eu sou cliente da Rabona e fiz uma aposta tendo um retorno de 1035,00 BRL, sendo assim, resolvi solicitar um saque 200,00 BRL. O saque foi solicitado no dia 30/10/23, ou seja, hoje faz 11 dias de enrolação. Eles me informaram que o prazo para recebimento era de 3 dias. No quarto dia eu solicitei informações, pediram desculpas pelo atraso e informaram que o pagamento estava com
o setor financeiro e que eu receberia em breve.
Todos os dias eu entrava no chat e email para pedir informações, sempre a mesma enrolação.
com 7 dias de atraso, começaram a solicitar documentos, enviei todos os documentos solicitados (identidade, selfie, comprovante de residência, extrato da minha conta Pay4fun, extrato da minha conta bancária) tudo foi aprovado. Para a minha surpresa, cada dia eles pediam uma documentação diferente (selfie segurando o documento, selfie com documento na frente da tela do notebook com o site Rabona aberto), tudo aprovado também. Pediram (mais uma vez) o comprovante de endereço. Tudo enviado e APROVADO!
E mesmo assim não me pagam.
ou seja, mesmo com a conta verificada, todos os documentos APROVADOS eles processam o meu saque de 200,00 BRL.
OBS; também solicitarei o saque do restante do meu dinheiro 835,00 BRL.
