Ο λόγος που βρίσκομαι για άλλη μια φορά εδώ είναι ο εξής.
Στις 31 Αυγούστου άρχισα να στοιχηματίζω στο Betplays. Αφού έβαλα μερικά στοιχήματα, κατάφερα να φτάσω σε ένα λογικό ποσό για ανάληψη, καθώς μόλις δοκίμαζα το καζίνο.
Αφού ζήτησα την απόσυρση, μου ζητήθηκαν τα συνήθη στοιχεία KYC, τα οποία έδωσα αμέσως. Στη συνέχεια, μου είπαν ότι το αίτημα ανάληψης ήταν υπό επεξεργασία και να περιμένω έως και 5 ημέρες.
Σήμερα, έλαβα ένα email (συνημμένο) που με ενημέρωνε ότι το αίτημα ανάληψης μου είχε απορριφθεί. Δύο λεπτά αργότερα, έλαβα ένα άλλο email που έλεγε ότι ο λογαριασμός μου είχε ανασταλεί.
Το να έχω άλλο λογαριασμό στο Betplays είναι αδύνατο, καθώς δεν ήξερα καν το καζίνο και το δοκίμαζα για πρώτη φορά. Η πρόσβαση στο καζίνο με χρήση VPN είναι δυνατή, καθώς απαιτείται να χρησιμοποιήσω ένα VPN για την εργασία μου και μπορεί να ξέχασα να το απενεργοποιήσω σε κάποια περίπτωση και έτσι να μπήκα στο Betplay.
Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ενήργησα ανέντιμα ή με κακή πρόθεση. Εκτιμώ τη διαθεσιμότητά σας για άλλη μια φορά στην προσπάθεια επίλυσης αυτής της υπόθεσης.

The reason I am here once more is as follows.
On August 31st, I started betting on Betplays. After placing some bets, I managed to reach a reasonable amount to withdraw, as I was just trying out the casino.
After requesting the withdrawal, I was asked for the usual KYC details, which I provided promptly. I was then told that the withdrawal request was being processed and to wait up to 5 days.
Today, I received an email (attached) informing me that my withdrawal request had been declined. Two minutes later, I received another email saying that my account had been suspended.
Having another account on Betplays is impossible, as I didn’t even know the casino and was trying it for the first time. Accessing the casino using a VPN is possible, as I am required to use a VPN for my work, and I may have forgotten to turn it off on some occasion and thus entered Betplays.
In no way did I act dishonestly or with ill intent. I appreciate your availability once again to try to resolve this case.

A razão pela qual estou aqui outra vez é a seguinte.
No passado dia 31 de Agosto, comecei a apostar no Betplays; Após algumas apostas consegui chegar a um montante razoavel para levantar, isto sendo que apenas estava a experimentar o casino.
Após o pedido de levantamento, foram-me solicitados os dados normais de KYC, os quais eu forneci imediatamente. Após isso foi-me dito que o pedido de levantamento estava a ser processado e para esperar até 5 dias.
Hoje recebi um mail (deixo em anexo) a informar-me que o meu pedido de levantamento tinha sido recusado. Após 2 minutos recebo outro mail a dizer que a minha conta tinha sido suspensa.
Ter outra conta no betplays é impossivel, uma vez que nem conhecia o casino e estava a experimentar pela primeira vez. Ter entrado no casino com uma vpn é possivel, uma vez que pelo meu trabalho sou obrigado a utilizar vpn e posso ter-me esquecido em alguma ocasião de desligar a mesma e ter assim entrado no betplays.
De forma alguma, agi de forma desonesta ou com má intenção. Agradeço a vossa disponibilidade mais uma vez para tentar resolver este caso.
