Don't bother playing here with bonus's unless you enjoy depositting your money and only being able to withdraw an extra $100 on top of what you depositted.
My partner won while wagering her deposit bonus upwards of $11k to which she was only entitled to $800 of.. Which she knew and made her withdrawal of $800. Once she had put that to the finance team to pay out, she still had $11k in her balance that she couldnt do anything with, so she depositted some more funds. After 2 spins she won and kept winning within her depositted funds. Long story short she made about $2500 using her real funds. But as the casino don't show you 2 different balances outlining what's real cash balance and whats bonus related, it's hard to tell just how much of her balance was real funds.
They cancelled her withdrawal citing their bonus terms and conditions only allowed a maxwin of $800 and removed the excess winnings from her balance including all the funds she made after depositting and won with her real funds.
Customer service and VIP manager are useless to put it politely as a simple request to obtain the betting history for what was literally 2 days ago has been anything but simple. They can't understand where they have stuffed up and refuse to be forthcoming about how the finance team could mix up the real funds with the bonus funds.
