I've been waiting for a response to a complaint for six weeks.
According to their policy, the casino is required to explain any delays, but it doesn't—though what can you expect when they don't even have the complaint email address they listed?
They don't care about player protection anyway.
My request to deactivate my account couldn't have been any clearer. Nevertheless, the account was reactivated.
