Ναι, καταλαβαίνω ότι είναι πολύ σημαντικό, περίμενα ακόμη και την περίοδο των 72 ωρών που αναφέρεται στους όρους χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα, τα λέμε αργότερα... αλλά γίνεται ενοχλητικό μετά από 10 μέρες αποστολής και χωρίς καμία θέση από το καζίνο και με αποκλεισμό του υπολοίπου/παιχνιδιών μου.

Θα μπορούσατε να μας ενημερώσετε πριν από πόσες ημέρες ζητήσατε ανάληψη και ξεκινήσατε την επαλήθευση λογαριασμού;
Η πρώτη ανάληψη από το αίτημα επαλήθευσης ήταν 25/03, το τέλος της αποστολής των εγγράφων, 26/03, καθώς ζήτησαν διορθώσεις αρκετές φορές, μέχρι να ολοκληρωθεί η 26/03, και ζήτησαν να περιμένω, από τότε περιμένω.

O primeiro saque desde á solicitação de verificação foi 25/03, o término do envio dos documentos, 26/03, pois solicitaram diversas vezes correção dos mesmos, até que 26/03 foi finalizado, e pediram pra aguardar, desde então estou esperando.
