First, their crypto deposits were extremely slow — often taking up to 5 hours to appear in my account. After every deposit, the associated bonus failed to trigger automatically, and I had to contact live chat each time to get it activated manually. Support even admitted this was a known issue, yet it was never fixed.
The more serious problem happened on 2 November, when I suddenly couldn’t log in and received an "access denied" message. Support closed the chat instantly with no explanation. When I tried again, the agent told me my account was "closed forever" and immediately ended the chat again. Every further attempt to speak to support was instantly cut off, making it impossible to get any clarification or save a transcript.
I had completed full KYC verification weeks earlier, had no disputes, no warnings, and no indication that anything was wrong. The casino never emailed me any explanation and didn’t respond to my AskGamblers complaint either.
My concern isn’t about losses or money — it’s the complete lack of transparency. Having an account permanently closed with no reason given, combined with support cutting chats before I could even ask questions, left me with zero trust in how the casino handles players or their data.
This could be a good casino if they communicated properly and resolved issues instead of abruptly shutting players out, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.
