When I requested a withdrawal, they accused me of using bots, paid out only my deposit amount of 1000 reais, and blocked my account with the remaining 1500 reais. It appears that this is a common practice of the casino, as there are other complaints noted on Instagram, meaning it is not very trustworthy at all.
