I am a verified player and it has been 2 weeks tomorrow since I have tried withdrawing the winnings ... I have contacted chat and been nicely told to please wait ... which of course I am.
My dig is that Moe Moe casino need to please change their withdrawal promise in their t&c's as its misleading and therefore makes you guys look shonky ...it would also help if you sent an email acknowledging the withdrawal with an explanation of how long it may to take ------ how long etc.... it will help put your players like me less stressed that we may have been jooped ....
I'm still positive on the fact I will be paid but some communication would be the key factor your missing
