Support here has been consistently decent when I needed them. Had three separate issues over a few months and each time the agent was patient, understood the problem, and actually fixed it. No being transferred around, no waiting days for email replies, just proper help. But the withdrawal process is the complete opposite. Every payout feels like a gamble in itself.
