Awful Customer Service and Unacceptable Withdrawal Delays
My experience with Mr Bet has been extremely disappointing. I have been waiting over a week for my withdrawal, and I still haven’t received a clear, solid update on when I can expect my money.
The customer service is awful. Every time I try to get answers, I’m met with what feel like automated, copy-and-paste responses rather than genuine support. Nobody seems willing or able to provide a straightforward explanation or a realistic timeframe for resolving the issue.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be left waiting for your own money with no transparency or meaningful communication. If there is a problem with a withdrawal, customers deserve a proper explanation, not endless generic responses that don’t actually answer their questions.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Mr Bet. A casino should be able to provide clear communication, reliable withdrawals and decent customer service. Unfortunately, Mr Bet has failed to deliver on all three. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve the way they handle withdrawals and treat their customers.
