Disappointed with GalacticWins Casino Customer Service and Game Fairness
I recently had a frustrating experience with GalacticWins Casino that has left me deeply disappointed. During my 10 free spins(given to me from the casino) on the game "Lost Mystery Chests," I hit 4 bonus symbols on the final spin, which should have awarded me additional free spins. However, as soon as I hit the bonus, a message popped up saying my free rounds were over, and I never received the free spins(fom hitting 4 bonus symbols) I was supposed to get.

When I reached out to customer service, the representative, who was polite but unhelpful. He initially claimed there were no unfinished rounds or unclaimed winnings on my account, which seemed dismissive of my issue. When I asked if he could view my last spin, he requested a screenshot. Unfortunately, I hadn’t taken one, because I dont tend to take screenshots everytime I hit a bonus, I was not expecting the system to fail me.

Customer service then contradicted himself by saying he could see my gaming history but found no record of the bonus I claimed to have hit. This inconsistency was frustrating, especially when he stated that my last spin, which should have triggered the bonus spins, only showed a minor win of CAD 1.02. Despite my repeated explanations, he insisted that all winnings had been added correctly, without addressing the core issue that I never received my bonus spins.

The lack of transparency and the dismissive nature of the response left me feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. It's unacceptable for a casino to rely on players to take screenshots of their gameplay to prove issues when they should have detailed logs and records of every spin.

I expected better from GalacticWins Casino, both in terms of game fairness and customer service. This experience has certainly made me question the integrity of their operations. Constant problems with the slots, they would lag, then I would be booted out of the slot and casino because "Couldn't connect with server" or "The game is experiencing a delay" I would then have to wait 5 minutes before I could log back in. And it was not because of my connection, I was connected at 700 mbps. This went on for hours, customer service wasn't able to help me, all they could say is that they were having known issues with Pragmatic games, I explained to them that it was more than just Pragmatic, that I was having the same issues with Microgaming and Play'n go. All they could do is create a "ticket" for there tech dept to look into. That was a week ago, nobody has reached out to me and inform me that the problem is fixed, i've messaged there customer service and all they tell me is to keep waiting. I asked for some credit to make up for the money that was wasted by this issue, which they declined. They seem to think having these issues and there players having a horrible experiences is an acceptable way to operate a casino. I would Stay clear from this casino.

During the sign up process the website wouldn't allow my phone number for some reason, and you cant create an account without a phone number, so I had to chat with customer service and have them open the account for me.
Tried to make a deposit but the 3 ways that I usually deposit (Interac, Visa and Debit) were not options. So I had to open a MuchBetter account, before I deposited I checked with customer service to make sure that I would still qualify for the welcome bonus if I deposited using MuchBetter, He said "I see that system gave you 1st Deposit 125% Welcome Casino Bonus"
To me that means that after I deposit the required amount, I will receive the welcome bonus, however after I deposited and went to play the free spins, they were not there. I went back into chat to see what was going on, the same customer service person said I had to claim the bonus before I deposited, I said that I had, and reminded him that he told me before I deposited that the system would give the 125% welcome bonus = spins. He denied ever saying that, and became quite condescending. He said he made a ticket and someone would be in touch with me. That was a couple days ago, I checked in yesterday to see if anything had changed but it was more of the same b.s "we'll make a ticket and escalate it, and someone will be in touch" I asked how long does it take? I was told usually within 24 hours, I told him its already been over 24 hours since the first ticket was created and escalated. Tired and annoyed I left the chat.

Easily the best Casino I've played at in a long time, registration and deposit were breeze, had Pretty good luck from the start. My $30 deposit lasted me about 12 hours,and cashed out $100. After requesting cash out, I had to verify my address, ID and phone number. There was no issues, everything was verified within 20 min, and received email from Gigadat confirming my cash out request, and they said they will process it the next business day, but later that day the money was deposited in my account.
