Στην αρχή, νόμιζα ότι θα ήταν δυνατό να αναφέρω κάτι θετικό για το καζίνο. Τώρα, δεν υπάρχει απολύτως κανένας λόγος να το κάνω.
Ας ξεκινήσουμε από την αρχή :)
Η εγγραφή και η κατάθεση είναι πολύ γρήγορες, όπως συμβαίνει σχεδόν παντού.
Εφόσον χάνετε μόνο χρήματα, δεν υπάρχουν προβλήματα... Αυτά ξεκινούν όταν θέλετε να λάβετε μια πληρωμή.
Η επαλήθευσή μου διήρκεσε πάνω από μία εβδομάδα. Αυτό πιθανότατα οφειλόταν και στο γεγονός ότι εκείνη τη στιγμή υπήρχαν 6.000€ σε αναμονή για ανάληψη στον λογαριασμό μου.
Μετά από κάτι που μου φάνηκε σαν μια αιωνιότητα, το υπάρχον αίτημά μου για ανάληψη απορρίφθηκε με το σκεπτικό ότι είχε εισαχθεί λανθασμένος IBAN. Η υποστήριξη VIP δήλωσε ότι αντιμετώπιζε πρόβλημα με το σύστημα ανάληψης.
Έτσι, υπέβαλα ένα νέο αίτημα ανάληψης και περίμενα άλλες δύο ημέρες μέχρι να διεκπεραιωθεί η πρώτη πληρωμή. Μόλις ολοκληρωθεί η επεξεργασία της ανάληψης, αυτό γίνεται πολύ γρήγορα χάρη στην άμεση τραπεζική μεταφορά.
Ζήτησα άλλη πληρωμή την ίδια ημέρα. Ακολούθησε περισσότερη αναμονή. Τελικά διεκπεραιώθηκε την τρίτη ημέρα.
Αυτό είναι απόλυτο αστείο!!!!
Το καζίνο διαφημίζει 1000€/ημέρα, 5000€/εβδομάδα και 20000€/μήνα για το VIP επίπεδό του.
Ρεαλιστικά μιλώντας, μπορείτε να περιμένετε έως και δύο πληρωμές την εβδομάδα. Αυτό σημαίνει περίπου οκτώ πληρωμές ανά μήνα.
Αυτοί οι χρόνοι επεξεργασίας και οι καθυστερήσεις είναι, κατά τη γνώμη μου, απολύτως γελοίοι.
Αλλά το κορυφαίο επίτευγμα είναι τώρα η τελική ανταμοιβή.
Κατέθεσα και έχασα άλλα 250€, και μετά κατέθεσα άλλα 250€, η οποία ήταν η τελευταία μου κατάθεση. ΠΡΙΝ χρησιμοποιήσω αυτήν την κατάθεση, όλα τα ενεργά μπόνους είχαν ακυρωθεί ή ακυρωθεί. Δεν υπήρχε ενεργό μπόνους!
Έπαιξα με αυτό και κέρδισα ξανά περίπου 1.300€. Έκανα ανάληψη 1.000€ για να συνεχίσω να παίζω με τα υπόλοιπα. Τώρα, το καζίνο λειτουργεί με τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε τα χρήματα μπόνους απλώς να προστίθενται στο υπόλοιπο χωρίς καμία ενεργή ενέργεια από τον παίκτη. Έτσι, μπορείτε να έχετε πρόσβαση στα χρήματα μπόνους ακόμα κι αν δεν έχετε ξεκινήσει ενεργά ένα μπόνους.
Όποτε μου συνέβαινε αυτό... μου αφαιρέθηκαν μόνο περίπου 650 ευρώ.
Αυτό είναι εξωφρενικό και ακατανόητο για τον παίκτη.
Το μόνο που δείχνει αυτό είναι ότι το καζίνο κάνει ό,τι είναι δυνατόν για να δυσκολέψει όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερο έναν παίκτη να αποσύρει τα κέρδη του.
Επιπλέον, δεν υπάρχουν διαθέσιμες επιλογές προστασίας παικτών που να βοηθούν τον παίκτη και όχι το καζίνο.
Σύμφωνα με τους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις, οι ενεργές πληρωμές στο παιχνίδι building θα ακυρώνονται εάν ζητηθεί time-out. Όλα αυτά προς όφελος του παίκτη... Αααα, συγγνώμη, του καζίνο ;)
Ελπίζω και παραμένω πιστός ότι η εμπειρία μου θα διευκολύνει τους παίκτες να αποφασίσουν υπέρ ή κατά του καζίνο.
Σε κάθε περίπτωση, υπάρχουν πολλά καλύτερα στην αγορά, αλλά ίσως και μερικά χειρότερα.

At first, I thought it would be possible to report something positive about the casino. Now, there's absolutely no reason to do so.
Let's start at the beginning :)
Registration and deposit are very quick, as is the case almost everywhere.
As long as you only lose money, there are no problems… These begin when you want to receive a payout.
My verification took over a week. This was probably also due to the fact that there was €6000 waiting for withdrawal in my account at that time.
After what felt like an eternity, my existing withdrawal request was rejected on the grounds that an incorrect IBAN had been entered. VIP support stated that they were experiencing a problem with the withdrawal system.
So I submitted a new withdrawal request and waited another two days until the first payment was processed. Once the withdrawal is being processed, it's very quick thanks to instant bank transfer.
I requested another payout on the same day. More waiting ensued. It was finally processed on the third day.
This is an absolute joke!!!!
The casino advertises €1000/day, €5000/week and €20000/month for its VIP level.
Realistically speaking, you can expect a maximum of two payouts per week. That makes about eight payouts per month.
These processing times and delays are, in my opinion, absolutely ridiculous.
But the crowning achievement is now a final payout.
I deposited and gambled away another €250, and then deposited yet another €250, which was my last deposit. BEFORE I used this deposit, all active bonuses were removed or canceled. There was no active bonus!
I played with it and won about €1,300 again. I withdrew €1,000 to continue playing with the rest. Now, the casino works in such a way that bonus money is simply added to the balance without any active action from the player. So, you can still access bonus funds even if you haven't actively started a bonus.
Whenever that happened to me… I only had around €650 deducted.
That's outrageous and incomprehensible for the player.
The only thing this shows is that the casino does everything possible to make it as difficult as possible for a player to withdraw their winnings.
Furthermore, player protection options that help the player and not the casino are not available.
According to the terms and conditions, active payouts in the building game will be canceled if a time-out is requested. All for the player's benefit... Ahhhhh, sorry, the casino's ;)
I remain, and I hope, that my experience will make it easy for players to decide for or against the casino.
In any case, there are many better ones on the market, but perhaps also a few worse ones.

Am Anfang dachte ich noch, dass es möglich sein wird etwas positives über das Casino zu berichten. Mittlerweile gibt es dazu überhaupt keinen Anlass mehr.
Beginnen wir am Anfang :)
Registrierung und Einzahlung geht wie fast überall sehr schnell.
Solange man nur Geld verliert gibt es auch keine Probleme…. Diese beginnen wenn man eine Auszahlung erhalten möchte.
Meine Verifizierung hat über eine Woche gedauert. Vermutlich auch dadurch bedingt, dass in meinem Account zu dieser Zeit 6000€ auf eine Auszahlung gewartet haben.
Nachdem dann eine gefühlte Ewigkeit vorbei war wurde mein bestehender Auszahlungsantrag abgeleht mit der Begründung dass eine Falsche IBAN eingegeben wurde. Vom VIP Support hieß es dass sie ein Problem beim Auszahlungssystem hatten.
Also neuen Auszahlungsantrag gestellt und wieder 2 Tage gewartet bis das erste Geld ausgezahlt wurde. Sobald die Auszahlung in Bearbeitung ist geht es dann dank sofort Überweisung auch sehr schnell.
Am selben Tag die nächste Auszahlung beantragt. Wieder warten angesagt. Am 3. Tag wurde diese dann bearbeitet.
Das ist ein absoluter Witz!!!!
Das Casino wirbt in dem VIP Level mit 1000€/ Tag , 5000€/Woche und 20000€/Monat.
Wenn man das ganze nur realistisch betrachtet kommt man auf maximal 2 Auszahlungen pro Woche. Das macht dann rund 8 Auszahlungen im Monat.
Diese Bearbeitungszeiten und Verzögerungen sind aus meiner Sicht absolut lächerlich.
Die Krönung aber nun in einer letzten Auszahlung.
Ich habe nochmals 250€ eingezahlt und verspielt sowie abermals 250€ eingezahlt was meine letzte Einzahlung gewesen ist. BEVOR ich diese Einzahlung verwendet habe wurden alle aktiven Bonus entfernt oder storniert. Es gab keinen aktiven Bonus!
Damit gespielt und wieder etwa 1,3k € gewonnen. 1k€ zur Auszahlung um mit dem Rest weitergespielt. Nun arbeitet das Casino so dass Bonusgeld einfach zu dem Guthaben hinzugebucht wird ohne das aktive Einwirken des Spielers. Man kann also trotzdem ins Bonusgelt kommen obwohl man kein aktiv gestarteten Bonus hat.
Wann auch immer das bei mir passiert ist… mir wurden nur rund 650€ gestrichen .
Das ist eine Frechheit und für den Spieler nicht nachvollziehbar.
Das einzige was dies wieder zeigt das das Casino alles mögliche unternimmt um einem Spieler die Auszahlung so schwer wie möglich zu machen.
Des Weiteren sind Spielerschutz Optionen die dem Spieler helfen und nicht dem Casino nicht vorhanden.
Laut AGB werde zum Bauspiel aktive Auszahlungen bei Beanspruchung einer Auszeit gecancelt . Alles zum Wohle des Spielers……. Ahhhhh sorry des Casinos ;)
Ich verbleibe und hoffe Meine Erfahrung wird Spielern leicht machen eine Entscheidung für oder gegen das Casino zu treffen.
In jedem Fall gibt es am Markt eine Menge bessere aber vielleicht auch ein paar wenige schlechtere.
