I signed up with the code Guru provided me. I thought great, 30 eur no deposit bonus, sounds good. I did everything as instructed but was never granted the 30 eur bonus promised.

This casino group is full of scammers. Gama and Cat Casino do not pay withdrawals unless pressured, doubt these People do either.

Really fast withdrawals and a neatly designed website. Decent selection of the most popular providers. I am a bit disappointed about the lack of Gamomat. Cashback system has a 30x wager requiremwnt, which could use some work but overall an ok experience.

I initially wrote a more positive review, but now, after a few months of playing, I am going to have to align with the other reviews here.

- RTP is terrible; games bug out if RTP is in your favor and when you reopen them, they suck you dry
- Customer support only spams standard messages and never helps. They are rude and unprofessional or maybe even just a chat AI? And before the casino tries to show me in a bad light; yes, I have used the f-word once in chat when I was irritated with the repeated spam responses.
- Bonuses do not correspond the amount of losses; hard to get any kind of bonus from the support even with losses of upwards 4000 in a month.
- Bad selection of games.
- No deposit limit-tools and no responsible gaming options outside of closing your account and even that has to be done manually.
- Bad website design

All in all, do yourself a favor and street clear of this ’project’ (as the robots in chat call it) and don’t try to stay optimistic about their legitimacy like I did.

My initial experience with LionSpin was horrible. My account got blocked for no reason and I had to struggle on LiveChat to get this sorted.

After getting that sorted out though, my experience has been wonderful. This is one of those rare instances where casinos actually provide a great customer service, WONDERFUL RESPONSIBLE GAMING OPTIONS and a karheus variety of providers. My VIP manager is very friendly and helpful.

I wonder why this has only a 7.7 rating, when some really shady casinos have 9+.

My experience here is a very mixed one, mostly leaning on the negative.

I have made a large number of deposits on RoySpins. Unfortunately it is impossible to tell you how many, and how big my accumulated losses are, as the transaction calendar on the website is always empty and does not work. I find it quite shady that you are not able to view your total losses, wins, deposits, withdrawals et cetera.

When asked to relay this information to me, the customer support agent told me they are not able to give me this information. They further went on to tell me where to fetch this myself, but as I earlier mentioned, the calendar on the website does not work to the slightest. (They told me the basic 'clear your cache, try another device etc bullcrap, but that obviously does nothing, as the problem is on their side - this has been mentioned by other people on the forums as well) Also; the customer support won't relay you much information. They won't tell you the email address of the VIP department, they do not know how much cashback you are getting (as it is automatically calculated by the system - super suspicious), etc. Information is not conveyed here in the slightest.

The lack of a working transaction log is but one of the deficiencies of the interface; especially if I am winning (very rare, but happens), I get constantly kicked out. One moment in particular I found very shady was when I was constantly getting kicked out of games and the website and told I was using a wrong password (when I definitely was not).

The Finnish translation is really bad, and the site would probably be better off without it.

The RTP tends to be pretty poor; if you manage to win, the slots make sure to suck you dry faster than you could ever imagine. Their explanations of RNG seem like a futile effort to hide that something is very off here; I have never experienced quite such bad luck in any casino I have played at. I would like to highlight how much at a loss I am here but sadly can not, due to aforementioned reasons.

I have received a few loyalty bonuses but they went down to drain very, very quickly.

What they have here is a moderate selection of games - unfortunately they lack such classic providers as for example GAMOMAT. They do have your standard PlaynGo and Pragmatic games, with a fairly standard selection of live games. Nothing off here, except probably the RTP, which I feel very iffy about.

They are, after all, licensed in Curacao, and people know this is not the license to be trusted. Curacao licenses tend to be very unregulated, and I would in all cases opt for the better, more liked MGA, that enforces strict rules. Even an Estonian license is more trustworthy.

As someone mentioned in a review as well, the cashback is laughable. I had at least 900 euros in losses a certain week and received 25 euros as a cashback. How ridiculous is that? I can not wait how grandiose a cashback they are going to cook up for my weekly losses of almost 2000 euros. (The 25 euros went down the drain in a couple of minutes, with free spins features giving whopping winnings of 2x, as is the norm on RoySpins)

Regarding the cashback - there is no real transparency. They can give you whatever amount, as customer support tells you it is 'calculated automatically', and refuses to tell you how. As with this, there is no real transparency with anything else either. It is just quite shady.

To their credit, the KYC is very well done with a technique I would hope to become industry standard. They use an automated system that quick checks your documents almost instantly when you register. After the check up you are good to go. For this, I have high praise.

Their withdrawals are generally quick and free of hassle, however, with the lack of proper responsible gaming options (you can self exclude for a maximum of 7 days but that's it - no loss limits or anything of the like), the fact you can initiate only one withdrawal a day is very predatory.

I have often encountered problems with deposits; either having to wait or the website directing me to the wrong payment method.

I really can not recommend this one, despite the hassle-free withdrawals.

All of it seems quite predatory; the lack of responsible gaming options paired with the fact that only one withdrawal can be initiated per day make it one of the unsafest casinos I have witnessed.

I also can not wait how they are trying to damage control everything I have said in an answer below my review.

Probably safe to steer clear of this one.

Games have very low RTP - it is nearly impossible to win. They have no responsible gaming options and the customer support has refused to block my account twice even though I have expressed I suffer of a gambling problem.

Extremely bad treatment from the side of the casino. Everything works wonderfully until you want to withdraw funds - that is when the problems truly start.

When verifying your account you are not asked for proof of payment method, and no one tells you this is needed unless you ask the chat. They just keep on cancelling your withdrawals even if you are fully verified and stall with the verification of the payment method with zero help from staff.

Total scammers that you should avoid.

I will inform you IF I ever get my money.

EDIT: I have tried to withdraw my funds for three hours but they keep making up excuses and reasons why it is not possible. This is unfair and seems like blatant harassment. They cancel the withdrawals saying that I provided an incorrect payment method or that I have not provided account information at all. None of this is true. They treat people very unfairly and need to be avoided.

EDIT 2:
I have fought for six hours and they keep making up excuses. More and more excuses. The latest one is that they have technical problems with card payments. They refuse to pay me with Bitcoin because I have deposited with card. Total scam. I will never see my funds.

Just an awful experience overall. I would rate this a solid 0/5 if I could. I have made multiple deposits to this website and no matter the bet size or the game, I have never had a decent win. Bonus games are basically impossible to get, no matter which game and how many spins you play.

On top of this, the bonus terms are really bad, loyalty incentives really low and staff extremely rude and professional. I can not believe how badly the support staff behaves. Also, they only close your account for a week at a time. To get it permanently closed, you have to jump through hurdles.

Depositing is also made extremely inconvenient.

Avoid.

EDIT:

I had been a member of this casino for over three months at the point of this review and even their customer rep is trying to gaslight you by saying I was member only for a few days. AVOID THEM! As you see, they are liars.

Exactly what everyone else has said. Fake games, nothing positive about this one. Games have nonexistent RTPs and are clearly bootlegged. How can this have a 8.9?

This casino let me open an account both here and on their sister sites despite me sending an email on April 15th, 2021 asking me to prevent from creating accounts and banning me on all of the provider’s websites. Furthermore, when asking for a refund I am obviously entitled to, they refer to clauses in their rules that have nothing to do with the matter. They are acting unfairly and take absolutely no responsibility for responsible gaming rules. They tell the player it’s their fault for playing despite a gambling problem.

I will contact MGA to get a refund from these scam artists.

Avoid at all costs. They should NOT be licensed by MGA.

EDIT: the casino responds swiftly here, publicly, but has now ignored my refund request for well over two weeks. Emails do not get answered to, customer support does not help and clearly they hope I and the problem just ’go away’. I will take this down the legal route and also discuss it with MGA if they do not step up. Avoid, please!

EDIT 2: The casino has now, for a second time, refused to issue a refund although I have full grounds to get it. Extremely bad behaviour.
