Did you try to ask the casino what is the reason for waiting for a week or no answer or explanation came from them ? I think you know that if 14 days go by and nothing changes you can contact us. Of course, as we have seen in this thread with other players, the withdrawal took almost 2 weeks, so we'll see how it goes.

They just keep telling me to be patient, thing is i have to go through this all over again 3 times if i want to withdraw my balance.. its a disaster

I completely understand your feelings, but if nothing changes and you don't get the money for the time mentioned, you can file a complaint with us and our team will try to help you.
So obviously we will have to be patient even though I know you have been through enough. 😥

Περιμένω από τις 12 Μαρτίου. , δεν μπορώ πλέον να συνδεθώ και χθες μου ζητήθηκε στο chat να ανεβάσω τα έγγραφά μου στον λογαριασμό. Αλλά είμαι μπλοκαρισμένος!!! Τώρα έστειλα τα πάντα για υποστήριξη με email γιατί δεν υπάρχει άλλη επιλογή. Ο λογαριασμός είπε ότι δεν χρειάζεται να επαληθεύσω τον εαυτό μου;;! Καμία αντίδραση μέχρι στιγμής. Τώρα θα με κάνουν να περιμένω άλλες 3 εβδομάδες. Αν συμβεί κάτι καθόλου. Νομίζω ότι δεν θα δω τα 1000€ μου. Λοιπόν καλό Πάσχα.
