I think you have to use the same method for withdraw that you used for deposit.

Εχω αιτηθει την αναληψη μου απο 26 Αυγουστου 24 και ακομα δεν μου εχουν πιστωσει τα χρηματα ενω στο chat ελεγαν απο 1 εως 3 εργασιμες ημερες. Καθε φορα απαντανε οτι λυπουνται για την ταλαιπωρια και για την καθυστερηση και οτι καποια στιγμη θα τα πιστωσουν. Ο λογαριασμος μου ελεγε οτι δεν χρειαζεται ταυτοποιηση.

It is the novajackpot casino. They say the ecomonic department is doing everything they can. They never say when the payment will be done. If i change the payment option they will cancel it and i will have to wait again from the start. No they dont say the reason

I am sorry to say it, but even if you file a complaint, the casino will have 14 full days from the date the withdrawal request was made to pay our out. This is our rule.
