Reason was just to be patience. Never verified my account, never withdraw, i just played all winnings and closed account.

I imagine that must be frustrating, but if the casino employees are in delay, which is not something uncommon during the banking holidays, I'd say you just have to be more patient.
Once they catch up with the delay, I bet the situation will improve. Hopefully the next working days brings the resolution.

I imagine you are quite certain the casino does that on purpose. I mean, you surely know that once you lose the money, it is over. Not sure whether you saw that, but the user experiences have been reporting delays. It might be worth looking through the user feedback to know what you may anticipate.
This one sounds similar, for instance:
