Well done! Did you have to KYC? I won 4 figure also but they keep giving me very weird answers on the withdrawal (been 24h now).
I’m trying to do KYC but they won’t let me, and I’m not confident in the process.
What was the process for you to get your money?

Payment team are going to review it as soon as possible. That they are very busy. Then someone else will say they don’t work today (Friday)… then someone else will say it’s in my bank soon but I have no email to say it’s approved (shows pending).
Now is day 3 and over 48h and I see it pending with no email or anything.
so after few hours you had an approved email? I’m at about 50 hours now and nothing.
thanks anyway I’ll just wait a bit more and make a complaint later if nothing…

I deposited €25 on Monday, no issues. On Tuesday i deposited €50 and this hasnt been credited still... I contact the live chat but they give me the same bot responses

Γεια σας, έπαιξα επίσης με αυτόν τον πάροχο και έκανα μεγάλα κέρδη. Ολοκλήρωσα ένα αίτημα ανάληψης και ολοκλήρωσα τη διαδικασία KYC μου. Ελπίζω να το επεξεργαστώ σύντομα!

Played here for couple of days so I will write a review soon. Got 2 withdrawals pending (1 for already 48hrs) depending on how that goes I’m going to write my review but I can already say that paying €20 for a bank withdrawal is ridiculous. (so €40 gone for withdrawals that take ages)

That's huge! I assume the casino is trying to motivate players to withdraw less often but ask for higher sums, perhaps.

a better solution would be to make 1 withdraw free a day and charge a fee for the rest.
Anyway they say the payment provider charges this fee but I think that’s BS because I played a lot of casinos with the same payment provider and none of them ask a fee for a withdrawal.
I don’t mind paying a fee but then I expect the money to be in my bank account within hours. (even better let costumers chose, pay a fee and the withdrawal goes very quickly or don’t pay and wait longer)

Could you perhaps address players directly? I guess the latest post about the fees and withdrawals could use feedback. What do you say?

As I write in my review if they change the pending time for withdrawals and the ridiculous fee I’m sure they gain a lot more customers (if you see all the reviews and reactions here most of them are about the pending time and fee)

Αυτό είναι ένα πραγματικά σκιερό καζίνο, παίρνουν χρήματα από εθισμένους στον τζόγο και δήλωσαν ότι δεν έλαβαν ποτέ το email μου όπου τους ενημερώνω για το πρόβλημα του παιχνιδιού, μπόρεσα να αποδείξω με τη βοήθεια ενός τρίτου ότι τους εστάλη το email και παραδόθηκε με επιτυχία και έλαβαν το email. Δεν ανέλαβαν δράση (εσκεμμένα; Ή λόγω ανθρώπινου λάθους) μετά από αυτό, όταν τους έστειλα ισχυρές αποδείξεις για τη φύση της καταγγελίας μου, πήραν την καταγγελία πίσω για επεξεργασία, έχουν περάσει 2 εβδομάδες και δεν έχω λάβει καμία απάντηση από αυτούς, μέρα με τη μέρα παίρνω απαντήσεις "το θέμα διεκπεραιώνεται, θα λάβεις απάντηση σήμερα" κάθε μέρα το ίδιο τραγούδι. Και απάντηση δεν υπάρχει. Με ενημέρωσαν ότι πρέπει να κάνω μια επαλήθευση για να λάβω το αίτημα επιστροφής χρημάτων. Έκανα την επαλήθευση Έκανα ό,τι μου ζήτησαν, αλλά και πάλι δεν ακούτε τίποτα από αυτούς. Νομίζω ότι είναι πραγματικά ανεύθυνο.
μπορείτε να διαβάσετε στον ιστότοπο askgamblers και στον ιστότοπο Trustpilot ότι δεν είμαι ο μόνος που υπέφερε από τις δραστηριότητές τους. Θα αντιδράσεις λοιπόν;
