Έχω και εγώ προβλήματα. Από τις 13 Αυγούστου, η πληρωμή έχει κολλήσει για επαλήθευση. Σε κάθε συνομιλία παρηγορούμαι, ζητώ συγγνώμη και κάνω υπομονή για κατανόηση. Είπα ότι δεν καταλαβαίνω και θέλω τα λεφτά μου. Το τέλος της ιστορίας είναι ότι σήμερα, 22 Αυγούστου, ακύρωσαν την πληρωμή για τεχνικούς λόγους. Έτσι ζήτησα ξανά πληρωμή και αυτό σημαίνει ότι πρέπει να κάνω ξανά υπομονή.
Hello all , i dont know what is going on with this site , in the beggining i loved it , everything was good , withdrawals were slow but they were paying out , actually their service support is really nice .....anyhow problem is that im currently waiting my withdrawal since 09.08. and now its 23.08.....(they said that they re facing with problems in pay departmant)....and that i should wait (i really have understanding , but 14 days is too much..im losing trust )........now i really dont know what to do? anyone has any suggestions or explanations? .......if they doesnt pay me off , im determinated to hire lawyers and do something about my money
Έχω κάνει αίτημα ανάληψης από τις 17-08 και ακόμη βρίσκεται σε εκκρεμότητα, ενώ υποτίθεται ότι μέσα σε 3 εργάσιμες ημέρες διευθετείται. Τους ρωτάω καθημερινά στο τσατ και δεν μου απαντούν ξεκάθαρα, μου λένε απλά δικαιολογίες για το Οικονομικό ΄Τμήμα.
After 11 days I got the money to my account, but I don't play on this site anymore, it's too stressful about the payment.

It sounds like this casino is in a bit of an uneasy situation, based on the other's recent experiences.
This is sad because, at least to me, it seems some others have been paid eventually, so you probably have to wait too. I'm sorry, I don't have anything better to add.

Perhaps you can lodge a complaint here 👈 and give our specialists a chance to consult it with the casino before you turn to the costy lawyers.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing the same problem. As was previously said, there is a good chance more will follow shortly. I believe the casino ought to put in twice as much effort and find a solution before the vast majority of players are left feeling really let down.

Btw I believe all this delay is because of vacation summer days they lack workers on finance department, but still Iam not sure. What do you think ? Are they scam ? They have good rating from Guru ? 9.6 is possibly biggest rating here?
Anyway problems can happens , but still its 2024 year they should make it easy as other platforms did it. I have patience , I dont need that money to survive in my life but still it concern me , it would piss me off that someone try to cheat on me. I really had good vibes with this site , now I feel disappointed. I will wait until tomorrow and i will send complaint.
They are probabley profiting much , they have good rating , why they need this ?

Hello , I have waited 23 days to get paided off , my (1 of 3 ) withdrawals were requested 09.08. ..........23 days later they completed my 3 withdrawals In one day.....it was Sunday.......

Έχω ζητήσει απόσυρση από 4/9 και μου λένε και εμένα τις ίδιες δικαιολογίες ότι ζητάμε συγγνώμη για την καθυστέρηση. Ούτε έχεις επεξεργασθεί το αίτημα ακόμα!

On the other hand, I would like to calm the situation down by saying that most of the players are waiting for about two weeks and most of them will get the money eventually. So the casino can have a delay and I am curious to see if it will be confirmed that they will pay you after 2 weeks. This is otherwise the exact time we give casinos to settle the withdrawal and send the money to the player.
Nevertheless, wasn't it necessary to verify ? 🙂

But I wouldn't be so skeptical. The casino tries to resolve almost every complaint, so if it takes even longer than that, I believe you'll get your money eventually.
