I received an email from Casini stating that, due to my VIP status, I was granted a limited 5-day bonus option, where each day I could use a different bonus.
From the very beginning there were problems, because according to the instructions in the email, it was enough to write about this bonus on the live chat. Unfortunately, there I was redirected to a "VIP manager," and that was a completely different story. Not only did I have to wait, for example, 2 days for a given bonus because it was the weekend and no one could help me, but I also did not receive the bonus from the last day, i.e. PLN 200 with a 1x wagering requirement.
This was because the manager decided that it was a bonus ladder and that I had to maintain continuity in collecting the bonuses. There is no mention of this in the email, and there is no information that the bonuses must be used day by day in order. The bonus was not granted to me.
