I signed up and created an account, after winning 600$ , they cancelled my withdrawal request for a reason that , players from Ontario Canada are not allowed.

Ο παίκτης από τη Γερμανία είχε κερδίσει 1500 ευρώ, είχε υποβάλει έγγραφα για επαλήθευση και ζήτησε απόσυρση, αλλά δεν είχε λάβει καμία απάντηση από την ομάδα υποστήριξης του καζίνο. Η Ομάδα Παραπόνων είχε ενημερώσει τον παίκτη ότι η επεξεργασία των αναλήψεων ενδέχεται να χρειαστούν έως και 14 ημέρες λόγω επαλήθευσης KYC ή μεγάλου όγκου αιτημάτων ανάληψης. Παρά το γεγονός ότι είχε επικοινωνήσει με την υποστήριξη, το ζήτημα είχε παραμείνει και τα αιτήματά του για επιστροφή χρημάτων δεν είχαν λάβει άμεσες απαντήσεις.
