It been another 2 weeks and still no help after my second follow up to Wazamba Casino's Support team about the withdrawal issue.

Yeah I feel this Casino have got away with my money.

Yes indeed, I was able to get in touch with their support team who said they will pass on the matter to their finance team to help me out. I communicated through email with their finance team and they asked for screen shots and I provided but weren't given a respond after that and that all, don't think I'd be getting my withdrawals anytime from this scam casino.

Κάποιος στο Instagram μου πούλησε έναν αλγόριθμο, μπήκα με αναφορά σε αυτό το καζίνο wazamba, φόρτισα 180 σόλες και αυτό το άτομο μου πούλησε τον αλγόριθμο στην πρώτη προσπάθεια, το έκανα λάθος, στη δεύτερη προσπάθεια το έκανα σωστά. Από τα 180 που επένδυσα, κέρδισα 609 s εκτός από αυτά που επένδυσα, αν και σύμφωνα με το άτομο έπρεπε να κερδίσω από 2.000 έως 3.000 s. Γιατί συμβαίνει αυτό; Επίσης μπόρεσα να κάνω ανάληψη χωρίς πρόβλημα@ . Ο λογαριασμός του ατόμου που μου πούλησε τον αλγόριθμο ήταν απενεργοποιημένος, επομένως η ερώτησή μου είναι, λειτούργησε αυτός ο αλγόριθμος; Δεν με απάτησαν; Αυτά τα χρήματα μπήκαν στον λογαριασμό μου και κανονικά μπορούσα να τα αποσύρω και να τα ξοδέψω. Είμαι λίγο μπερδεμένος γιατί πάντα λένε ότι αυτοί οι αλγόριθμοι είναι απατηλοί 🥲

Γιατί όμως δεν μπορείτε να αποσυρθείτε αν η διαδικασία είναι πολύ εύκολη;

I fear that anyone who sells such algorithms is trying to scam people. Social media are full of such attempts.

No one can make sure you'll win in the casino and if so, it would be against the rules, so there is still a big chance that even if you win, you'll face some kind of issues. Is it worth it?

If ever such a 100% successful algorithm ever existed, I guess we would have witnessed tons of unexpected and amazing wins, don't you think?

περιμενω να πάρω τα λεφτά και μου ζητήθηκαν κάποια έγγραφα για την επαλήθευση του λογαριασμού μου

του έχω στείλει ότι ζήτησαν και ταυτότητα και τις συναλλαγές μου από την τράπεζα το τελευταίο τρίμηνο

περιμενω εδώ και μέρες και σήμερα ξαφνικά μου λένε πως δεν θα πάρω τα λεφτά μου γιατί έκανα κατάθεση από τρίτο μέρος πραγμα που δεν ισχύει γιατί η μοναδική κατάθεση έγινε από τον λογαριασμό μου

βοηθηστε με σας παρακαλώ τα έχω ανάγκη αυτά τα λεφτά

As I found, you've created the complaint, that's great! Through this feature, the complaint handler will ask the casino to present proof. Then we shall see what can be done, whether the prof is valid.

Kindly give it some time though.

All these bad reviews of not paying early is overwhelming...it's put new players off...no gambler wants there funds stuck for that long...alot of casino payout within 24 hours... how they got perfect casino rating here is surprising to me.. pathetic

I would say the explanation is pretty direct. We calculate the casino's reputation solely on proven facts we are able to collect and verify.

As you say, you made a test with €40. So, how do you know a withdrawal of €300 would take a year? 🙂

It would probably also take several days, I think you should check the casino's weekly and monthly limits first:

Allow me to say that I would be extremely cautious every time someone suggests a working algorithm created to "defeat casinos" and provide granted winnings. It is mostly a scam practice, if such a tool exists, do you really believe the lucky owner would offer this "holy grail" through Telegram? 

I do not think so.

Wazamba sent me an offer on Thursday 22/06 to reopen my account with 100% bonus up to 400 euros with 5x wagering. I took that offer wagered the bonus and managed to take the account to a total of 4.1k by Saturday. By Sunday I also had some big wins on QuickWin which is a casino of the same company and took my account from 700 euros to 2200 euros. On Monday 26/06 18:00 they sent me an email from Wazamba because I failed to send them the docs for verification (???) which they never requested and the account at that point was open for 4 days. They took all my wins from wazamba (3.7k) and returned my deposit. After that they closed my account in Quickwin without any reason at all and took 100% of my money there (2.2k). Minedu i had opened an account in quickwin on June 9th so 17 days ago! One day later they said the same reason for QuickWin that I failed verification which they also never asked for!!! And they claim because of their Term 6.6.4 which states that they can request for documentation in order to withdraw and I need to send the docs within 30 days otherwise the account will be closed and profits will be withheld!!!! I had an account for 17 days and they closed it because I failed to deliver the required documentation after 30 days that they had requested them (???) I guess I'm a time traveller now. Weirdest part is that on the same day I had accepted a similar offer from one of their other casinos 7signs to reopen and take the bonus and was about to deposit. Next day when they had banned me from all of their casinos they were wondering from 7sign how come I hadn't deposited yet!!!??? Any suggestions on what to do since they went ahead and stole 6.3k of my money?
