Θα έπρεπε να ονομάζονται Guru Slots... αφού πάντα δεν μπορούν να λύσουν τις απάτες αυτού του καζίνο-απάτη.

Econetperu... Δοκιμάζω το Curacao Gaming. Να προσευχηθούν. Αλλά είναι σχεδόν σίγουρο ότι ό,τι πιστώθηκε στον λογαριασμό δεν θα επιστρέψει, στην περίπτωσή μου ήταν πάνω από 500 USD. Σε αυτό το Καζίνο Guru Καζίνο απάτης με υψηλή βαθμολογία.

Everyone who uses this site should be aware they are throwing their money away, because of their Terms and conditions. The articles 11 and 12 are open to interpretation and they can literally close any account they want and they don't have to prove anything.

Casino Guru team is enabling this behavior due to their ratings of the Casino, and ignoring everything that is supposedly related to sports bets. Suprabets uses this and simply writes this is sports related, please ignore. If you played 99.9% casino games, and made 1 bet of 1$ for fun, it can be sports related.

They don't have to prove a thing.

And this is the answer that Gaming Curacao Complaints Department gave me, after this they ignored all further questions, so I don't consider the correspondence as confidential anymore (they were warned).

The first few points are sporadic and impossible to prove anything, I have the right to place any bet or to play any game they offer in the Casino, and put any amount I want. I like to have round remaining sums at my account, so I put bets in decimals.

Interesting thing is, I used VPN only sporadically for other reasons, Online safety when I log into my banking accounts, but they are openly addmiting the existence of arbitrage tracking software - detection tools. How does this comply with player privacy and safety and how are they exactly detecting the third party softwares?

Just let me correct you here, please. We do not ignoring, nor enabling this kind of behavior, as you said. We simply to not have any brunch dealing with sports betting yet and that is why we are not able to provide this kind of expertise. If you or other players have some kind of issues related to the casino games, we will gladly help.

Thanks for your response, I just think that since you can't check sports issues, Casino can simply declare any issue as a sports issue just to avoid further inquiries.

My main point was in my second post, in the answer from Gaming Curacao, where they mention detection tools for tracking players activities on their devices.

How is this possibly legal?

Sincerely, while I acknowledge that a lot of players have had problems, there are not enough unfair cases to bring down the casino's Safety Index any further. The value must be computed correctly in order to maintain fairness.

Maybe I can take a wild guess to what happened to @econetperu:

One day without any previous warning or being limited, you could not log in to your account, as it has been suspended, and they took all your funds?

They also only wrote an email that you broke, let's say 11.5 rule of their T&C?

I know this only because it happened to hundreds if not thousands of other players.

But Casino Guru can keep ignoring it all, since they don't handle anything connected to sports.

I would never compare people's lives to online gambling; it is really inappropriate.

And also, we do not ignore anything; it is not in our "field", as I could say. That is why we cannot solve any sports-related issues or complaints. Have you tried any of the sites I sent you links to?

Edited the original post, deleted the comparison, apologies, but I tried to compare the reactions of the western countries to the events there, or more the lack of the proper reactions.

Yes, I checked all the other sites, but it comes down to the licence giver, Curacao Gaming, and they ruled in favor of the licensee.

I have the answers and all the correspondence in my previous posts, the answer was in short your betting patterns show the signs of the profitable betting and it is not allowed, suspended account and confiscated funds are ok from our point of view.

If I may, I just want to set straight these words:

The current issue is that gamers who are only interested in sports betting fail to notice that we only review casinos. Despite the fact that there is no information of this kind on the website, they typically assume that the Safety Index covers the casino's sports betting operations as well.

We are unable to handle complaints related to sports betting for the same reason that Romi stated.

All I wanted to do was be fair and square. Thus, would be highly unfair to comment about betting patterns for betting.

They said i didnt respect term condition number 11.5 which is false, they take 6000 euros, i played a bonus for the first time

Just wanted to congratulate Casino Guru on bringing down the overall rating of Suprabets, it is 6.1 and below the average now.

As a reminder, just a few months ago it was at 8.3.

Ofcourse they are completely fraudulent site and deserve the rating 0.0, but we are moving in the right direction. 😀
