Πραγματικά έπαιξα 3 ταυτόχρονα.

2 φορές δωρεάν περιστροφές διαφορετικών αξιών και ένα μετρητά.

Ολοκλήρωσα τα 3 μπόνους, έκανα ανάληψη 350€ και είδα το υπόλοιπό μου να πέφτει στα 140€ καθώς υπήρχε μέγιστη ανάληψη.

Αν και δεν το βλέπω πουθενά γραμμένο, είναι εντάξει.

Έπαιξα ξανά και κέρδισα και έκανα αίτημα ανάληψης 500 € αυτή τη φορά.

Προς έκπληξή μου, η ανάληψη ακυρώθηκε και μου πήραν πάλι τα κέρδη και έμεινα με 144€.

Το οικονομικό τμήμα διεκδικεί το δικαίωμα να πάρει ξανά τα κέρδη μου επειδή υπήρχαν 3 μπόνους με μέγιστη ανάληψη.

Την πρώτη φορά, το καζίνο είχε ήδη αποσύρει τα κέρδη μου και μου άφησε διαθέσιμα 140 € για ανάληψη ή παιχνίδι.

Παίζω, κερδίζω, ζητάω την ανάληψη και μου παίρνουν τα λεφτά.

Μπορεί κανείς να το αναλύσει σωστά??

Are you sure that this €140 wasn't meant only for a withdrawal?

Sometimes only after the successful withdrawal does the bonus end, and another one becomes available.

Can you perhaps paste in the casino's explanation? I'd say that would help a lot. 🤷‍♀️

I think it's because when the bonus ended, it ended with the withdrawal as it was said. If you were allowed to play with that money and you wagered more and the casino applied the fact that you won more than the bonus itself allows, they would let you keep what you can withdraw and take the rest, which many players don't like. So I think this is the better case.
