Anyone waiting a withdrawal from 19/3/24 or previous days?

Ok with all of that but after so many complaints your rating to that casino is still high ! How many more complaints need ? You supposed inform and protect players from scam casinos right?did you contact for my case did they respond?

Out of 219 complaints they have only 5 unresolved, so this is one of the main reasons. If the casino tries to resolve all problems, then it is good for the players if they happen to occur. It's not just about how many they have but how they handle it. For every one that is not resolved, the casino gets black points and the safety index will vary depending on that.

As far as contacting the casino is concerned, you will be informed of this in your complaint, so it will be a matter of time.

Hi, I don't see that the casino has a Curacao license. Why did you report them there ? I don't think they can help you with that if the casino is not licensed there.

Hi, if you have been waiting for quite a long time for your withdrawals and therefore since the date you mention, I would slowly start to think about the complaint. We give casinos 14 days to resolve withdrawals, so if that doesn't happen, you can contact us and we will try to help. 

Anyway, you also get the same answer and you have to be patient ? Or did the casino tell you something more ? You already have a verified account here ?

Well thank you, if the money hadn't arrived in a few days, I would have filed a complaint. 

You can do so at this link. I will also add a guide so you know what to expect in case of the whole process. 

However, I see that the casino has the same explanation for everyone, but it seems a bit unlikely to me, because players who have been waiting longer should eventually have money.

There is nothing to do but wait and be patient.

I understand that you may have this casino at the bottom of your list, but since we give casinos 14 days to resolve a withdrawal, 15 days, although quite a lot, is still basically the norm. So if they pay the player the money, then it's not an unresolved complaint. 

Also, it's not based on how many complaints casinos have against each other overall, but how they handle things. I've said it before. So I firmly believe that in this case it will be the same and the money will come to you, and then you will be able to leave them as they are not suitable for you. 👍

Believe me anyone who played there now have it at bottom of their list cause they deserve it ! But I can understand you , sites need sponsors and ads to maintain ! Anyway I hope all players get their money from this shithole casino

I also hope that all players will get money. I suppose, according to your opinion, you don't know how it works here and we don't have any advertisements or anything like that. Also, our source is not the casinos but the players themselves, so I see no reason to favour one side or the other. It's all about getting everything sorted out fairly. So wait with the accusations and I'll hope for a positive outcome.

When I see 8.3 rating to a casino that never reponce to live chat or mails and need 15-20 days for a withdrawal something is wrong there ! I didn’t accuse for something I just said something is wrong

Clearly that's a good tactic, I'd probably do the same. Small deposit and tested the casino. There's a lot to find out if you like it or not. So this particular one didn't win with you. Good luck with the next one. 😉
