One week and no update for the withdrawal - There was an issue with the KYC on my payment methods, it was not stated how/what should be included in the screenshot and the only way i could see that there was an issue with the verification was when hitting the withdrawal button and it was showing the window of KYC. No email,no message about it.

admins do not need any of that unless you submit a complaint through the Casino Guru Resolution Center. Which is always recommended as a first step. In such a case you will communicate with a complainant holder, you know the forum is not a place where complaints are handled.

Hey. I'm sure it's not a comfortable situation. Do you already have a verified casino account? 8 days is getting to be a bit much but we give casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal procedure.

The thing is, that they do it on porpuse so that players tired of waiting, change their minds and cancel the pending withdrawal and play and loose their credit. Thats all...

This is the bright side of other "tactics" - some casinos block your account during the verification. Players are worried because of that, but technically, there is no chance to cancel the withdrawal.

But it does not matter; I totally understand that it is convenient to think it's done on purpose 8 days are 8 days! I certainly hope it will end soon!
