Il giudice ha emesso un'ingiunzione di pagamento, ma i soci di Geniuswin non rispondono, quindi dobbiamo procedere con il pignoramento. L'avvocato ha trovato il conto corrente della società, ma non sappiamo se è ancora attivo e se ci sono fondi disponibili. Per scoprirlo e, eventualmente, pignorare i fondi, dovrei affrontare un'ulteriore spesa di 150 euro (oltre ai 200 già spesi). Qualcuno di voi è riuscito a pignorare qualcosa? Noi abbiamo appena iniziato con la stesura della diffida, quindi ancora non sappiamo nulla e siamo in attesa di risposta. In ogni caso ci teniamo in contatto. Non posso credere che questi figli di puttana possano scamparsela così facilmente in questo Paese di merda.

Come dice Danilo esiste la famosa "garanzia fideiussoria", quindi per legge dovrebbe essere ADM a coprire queste somme (però attenzione ai termini: il concessionario in questo caso è Genius, cioè chi riceve la concessione. ADM sarebbe il concedente). Anche se non so nello specifico se la nostra situazione rientra nella casistica, dipende da cosa hanno combinato quelli di Genius

Io ho già fatto tutti gli step: diffida (mai risposta), ingiunzione del tribunale (mai risposta), indagine sui beni del concessionario (1 conto corrente). Finora costato 200. Ora dovrei spenderere altri 150 euro per tentare il pignoramento di un conto che non si sa nemmeno se sia ancora aperto o pieno. Le probabilità di riottenere qualcosa sono scese ad ogni step giudizioario, per cui temo che mi fermerò qui..
