Από πού να ξεκινήσω, η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών δεν υπάρχει, ειλικρινά δεν νομίζω ότι έχουν επιλύσει ποτέ ένα ζήτημα εγκαίρως, προσπάθησαν να με κλέψουν, η απόσυρση αλλάζει από καιρό σε καιρό και μόνο όταν νομίζεις ότι βελτιώνονται, δεν το κάνουν και σου λένε ψέματα, προσπαθούν να σε εξαπατήσουν με τα μπόνους τους, ώστε οι άνθρωποι ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΘΟΥΝ να είσαι τόσο απίστευτα αγενής απαντώντας σε ένα σενάριο μέσω κονσερβοποιημένων απαντήσεων χωρίς να λαμβάνεις υπόψη ποιο είναι το πραγματικό πρόβλημα που έχεις, κρίμα, η προσφορά Sportsbook είναι πολύ κακή, στο σύστημα έχουν ένα τμήμα cash out που δεν λειτούργησε ποτέ, περιορισμένους αγώνες γερμανικού ποδοσφαίρου, καθόλου αγώνες στη Νορβηγία και όταν ρωτάς λένε απλώς ότι φταίει ο πάροχος; Έλα φόρμα!!
Where to begin, customer service is non existent, I honestly don't think they have ever resolved an issue in a timely manner, they have attempted to steal from me, the withdrawal changes from time to time and just when you think they improve, they don't, and lie to you, they attempt to cheat you on their bonuses so people BE WARNED - I would say they are on the brink of being fraudulent, and just to top it off the customer service can be so incredibly rude answering to a script through canned responses without any consideration to what the actual issue you have is, such a shame, Sportsbook offering is very poor, in the system they have a cash out section which never worked, limited German football matches, no Norwegian matches at all and when you ask they just say it's the providers fault ( hallelujah ) are you not the provider?? Come on shape up!!
