Έχω βιώσει δόλια συμπεριφορά από αυτό το καζίνο.
Την Παρασκευή 8 Μαρτίου είχα υπόλοιπο 6946€.
Έκανα ανάληψη το μέγιστο ημερήσιο ποσό των 5000€.
Εν τω μεταξύ, ζήτησα την αναστολή του gaming λογαριασμού μου μέσω του VIP manager μου μέχρι την Τρίτη 12 Μαρτίου, για να μην χάσω τα υπόλοιπα χρήματα (1946 €).
Η αναστολή διεκπεραιώθηκε αμέσως χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα.
Τις ημέρες του Σαββάτου, της Κυριακής, της Δευτέρας και της Τρίτης, συνέχισα να κάνω τη δεύτερη ανάληψη των 1946€.
Η ανάληψη αυτή ακυρώθηκε συνεχώς χωρίς λόγο, συνολικά 16 φορές.
Ο διευθυντής VIP μου απάντησε ψευδώς ότι είχα υπερβεί το ημερήσιο όριο και συνέχισα να επισημαίνω ότι αυτό δεν ήταν αλήθεια!

Questo prelievo mi viene continuamente cancellato senza motivo per ben 16 volte.
Il mio VIP manager mi risponde falsamente che ho superato il limite giornaliero e continuo a fargli presente che non è vero!
La policy sui prelievi di questo casinò prevede infatti che si possono avere fino a tre prelievi in sospeso rispettando il limite giornaliero di 5000€ e quello mensile che è di 10000€. Ribadisco al mio VIP manager la mia perplessità e lui continua a rispondere come un disco rotto che ho superato il limite giornaliero.
A questo punto capisco che vogliono farmi perdere il saldo residuo e quindi nella giornata di martedì chiedo ben tre volte al mio VIP manager di prolungare la sospensione del conto gioco per un altra settimana.
Nel frattempo martedì il primo prelievo viene processato e continuo quindi a inserire la seconda richiesta di prelievo che mi viene nuovamente cancellata.
Il giorno dopo provo di nuovo e di nuovo cancellato. Innervosito e frustrato provo a giocare e scopro che il mio conto non è più sospeso come da mia richiesta!
Perdo tutto il saldo residuo che sarebbe dovuto essere già prelevato da giorni.
