Σύμφωνα με μια νομική επαφή, έχω κάθε δικαίωμα να γνωρίζω ποιο PSP χρησιμοποιεί το καζίνο όταν πρόκειται για συναλλαγές στην Ευρώπη.. Αλλά μπορεί πραγματικά να είναι τόσο απλό το PSP να είναι υπεύθυνο... γιατί σε αυτήν την περίπτωση σημαίνει ότι το καζίνο είναι εντελώς αθώος??
Of course they are lying. The casinos does this together with the PSP's
The PSP's take a calculated risk to process these kind of transactions, as they can charge the casino a high fee for the risk they take. The casinos know they need to have these incorrectly coded transactions as that allows a lot more players to deposit, so they find the PSP's that are willing to take the risk for a fee. And the way it looks now, it's not really a risk either.
It's like saying they don't know which PSP's they are using, so how would they get any money from them, how would they be able to investigate deposits gone wrong, refunds and potential charge backs from players.
The PSP's will then use both merchants that are aware of the fraud and merchants that don't know about it and don't approve, and those are the ones most likely doing the refunds to players when contacted.
There are so many scrupulous PSP's, aquiring banks and what not that need the transaction volume to earn money. There can be quite many actors involved.

Like mentioned before, yes, it's good if you receive any kind of refund, but the big win here is that you hopefully stop giving away your money to these casinos.

Don't think there is much you can do.
Astropay been in the game a long time, they most likely don't care.
If you have none of the mentioned merchant names on your statement, there is nothing you can do. There is really no one really processing refunds anymore.
Best you can do is just stop giving away your hard earned money to these casinos.

Haven't really been any refunds in quite long time though, has it?
But people don't seem to be reading more than like 1-2 or two comments, see something about about refunds mentioned and think they can get all their money back.
Like been said many times, refunds are not the win here, the win here is to learn how casinos are abusing payments, acting like criminals, money laundering, etc. And hopefully (probably not), this will make anyone think one step further and stop playing at these casinos. We are all just sponsoring criminals, Russians, and other trashy people to live a life of luxury.

I am actually surprised they haven't taken it down yet, considering that 99% of guru's income comes from being affiliated with all kinds of casinos.
Playing at these casinos is essentially supporting organized crime. Nothing else. You are dealing with the dirtiest individuals imaginable. The verification and payment processes are excessively long, and your money often ends up with unknown companies. There is a glaring lack of responsible gambling measures. These unlicensed casinos represent the worst aspects of the industry, including fraudulent activities, poor security, and no player protection.
After 15 years and untold amounts of losses to these crooks, I finally realize that they are, always have been, and alway will be scams. It's embarrassing to have come to this realization.
Fighting back by challenging their shady payment practices is fair play, so long as you are honest. But, shady payments is only tip of the iceberg and, by themselves, do not scratch the surface as to why these casinos are scams. In fact, you can have shady payment practices and still run an honest casino.
The cancellation of winnings for any reason they can contrive is the wildest and most crooked part of the scam. What I resent the most, and am most embarrassed about, is how they gaslight the player. You win, they don't pay you, and they act like you have done something wrong.
Here's an example of why this is so problematic. Suppose, for arguments sake, you enter the wrong zip code by accident when you sign up. You play on the site and lose $1000. Then, you make one more deposit and get lucky hitting for $2000. You request a withdrawal, submit your paperwork. They notice you used the incorrect zip code when you signed up, and say, for security reasons, that your wins are nullified because of this.
The issue with this example is, 1) many of us have had similar experiences for equally as minor or insane reasons and, 2) this means that you were never really gambling at all with the first $1000 you lost because there was never the possibility of winning as any win would eventually be disqualified. So, you did not get the service you paid for, every dollar you deposited was always going to be forfeited.
If these casinos were operating in the US, they would be subject to a massive class action lawsuit for such practices. They are scams.
