In my eyes this is wrong. Terms and conditions should always be stated and in this case it definitly wasnt. So speaking with live chat they really cant do nothing. To be honest there answers to most things are very generic and most of the time you dont get nowhere. Ive raised a complaint to compliance manger but again the time taken to get a response is awful. So below is the email i have recieved from compliance manager just now. They have sent something over in regards to a refund terms and conditionns which was not what i was the point. When they added 100 to my balance i thought that it was generous and could just be used. Not anywhere was i sent and terms to this.

I was allowed to withdraw the £500 but i had £1000. I would not of tried to make this withdrawal at this point if I knew the terms. This is what is fustrating. Im again awaiting to see if compliance manager would do the right thing and see where the mostake is on there side and offer the £500 to me
