Made few deposits, had problems with bonus claim, trying to get help from support but answers not fully understanded. Withdrawal processed in 8 hours (by card). Still thinking that spinarium is good casino for newcomers, but they need to improve support guide service. Also vip system is great, usually they give you bonuses for free.

There was a problem with wihdrawal as i understood because they checked the documents of payment card but i got it. Now i continue playing, and they gave ma a personal manager and its amazing. They answer that they promise to improve the basic support.
