The other complaint was the fact I won 121.000 Rand , I wanted to cash out ) 80.000 Rand then the verification started . The problem was the picture from my used card at the back … it’s a credit card .. so they didn’t approve the withdraw. But my bankstatements showed exactly transactions with my card . So I went for a new debit card later . But then the card number is changerd . Because the amount and verification was impossible I played … like one of the other complains also . Now I deposit with brand new , the verification went fine . So that’s why I stated to play again . Sort of trust . I play with other casino also zero problems … but I see my complaints look very much on the other complaint … exactly the same issue

ok i will … so far again circles …they told my my account is fully verified. But if I ask them to put the amount what’s missing on my bank .. no answer …. I guess they will put it on account .. then the amount is to small to withdraw I think . So then you are back in the circle . Had some information from my bank I went in . So far it’s about trust … if a casino is fair I will say … but after the 80.000 Rand situation. I took a brake after a closure … and then I tried again . So even for a player with almost level 6 is just not ok .


so will wait again … maybe I can say soon a fairytale is solved

How do you mean .. radja yes money is back .. but remember I asked them to put it on my account . Also don’t forget there is a lot of communication between casino , while I think it’s to intense to get money back . That I wanted to tell you .. don’t get offended about dealing the complaint , it’s just my opinion with the previous experience. You take it way to personal … it’s not the first casino I play and not the last one . You feel offended. And you’re answer about doing better with you’re complain , is not appropriate.

Kindly concentrate on my worlds, because we obviously don't understand each other well.

The complaint was closed: "I'll mark the complaint as resolved since the deposit was credited to your casino balance."

That's what I mean by writing here in the forum following:

"The complaint is about the missing deposit. Now the money is finally shown in your casino account. Well, problem solved, right?"

I'm sorry, but I can't comprehend most things you wrote simply because the expressions. 🙂

I'm happy though the complaint was resolved.

Yeah maybe it’s a miscommunication. Yeah I was happy .. but took a long email process between casino and me . Problem voor guru is solved . And i closed account . Playing with a very nice casino now .

Posted a review outlining my negative experience at this casino which has since been placed on pending after being accepted. In summary, I made a deposit using LTC to my account address and the casino refuses to credit the account/refund the amount. They have since transferred the entire amount into their own personal wallet to keep for themselves. This casino is an absolute joke which engages in criminal theft. The high casino guru rating is clearly bias and more than likely paid for. Do not deposit/play here unless you want your funds stolen!

Hey gurus,


I won $40,250 AUD at the crown casino on Royal Joker. I had to verify my selfie which took a few goes and they emailed saying it should be an hour after verification process.

it was not on a bonus.

i don’t have multiple accounts and i have done the li e chat support for the last few days and they ask me to kindly wait and I will be emailed in consecutive i order as they deal with customers.

i have not been emailed yet and support hang up on me when i ask them to give me a timeframe. I have screenshot all of it.

so my question is.. when should I expect to be paid out. What is the amount of time it should take please if anyone knows. Thank you and kind regard’s.

As far as the withdrawal itself is concerned, you passed the verification successfully according to what you wrote, yes ? 

We give casinos 14 days to process the withdrawal, so when did you enter one ? I would recommend that you keep in touch with the casino to find out how things are going and try to be a little patient. If the casino ignores you and the mentioned time passes, you can then file a complaint and our team will try to help you.

tha is for the comment, I was paid a $1500

sum as I made withdrawals for $6000 and $1500 dollar lots - Litecoin only allows $6000 at a time and it’s $7500 a day limit.

they did not pay the $6000 dollar one to make up the $7500 limit. And support keeps saying that it’s for fraud yet all the withdrawals were in one transactional win.

Why would they be doing this? Paying one but not the others and they paid second withdrawal not the first one of $6000.

I am fully verified they have paid one withdrawal and I have $39.000 of other transactions remaining unpaid.

should I be concerned?
