I have read all the comments regarding Revolution casino. I initiated a payment on 08.25, but nothing has happened until today. Every day I write to the customer service, but I get the same neutral answer, there is a lot of processing, they ask for patience, it is already in progress..... and similar answers. I have been sitting on it for almost 2 weeks.

Hi, I would also say that 2 weeks is exactly what we give casinos to pay off players. If that doesn't work, then you can file a complaint with us.
I have a feeling that maybe the casino might have a delay since several players are writing this, but hopefully it will turn out well in the end and you will have the money after all.
Are you going to wait a little longer to see if something changes ? If not, then as I said, the most sensible thing to do is to complain.
