They still not verify your account!!?? They do that to close your account if you don't log in for 3 months and void your balance, they expect you to forget about it.

Sorry to say that, but it seems you were not acting correctly while playing.

I found this:

If you were playing with clean cash I don't really see any reason to close the account. Is verification still pending? They take months to verify an account, or they never do

How was right i have proof screen shot and call record My 3 documents approved and 1 documents still showing waiting almost 30days and i have no any bonus amount when i won 61k inr then my account deactivate and support team doesn't show any reason to block

Your case is different. The complaint that turned out as unjustified is Harry's case, not yours. Like I said, since you were playing with your own funds and not bonus money and you sent all the required documents then the casino has no excuse to close your account or confiscate your balance

I browse your complaint, and I like to know: are you still lacking any convenient explanation?

As mentioned we allow casinos up to 14 days to complete the whole verification process, though I understand it is a very long time period.
