They do everything to not confirm your account so you cant withdraw, they asked for the same document 6 times now but keeps declining it when i send it to them, they ask for another document and this just go on a loop, even tho i send them everything they need and more lol. been waiting a month now.

Έχω ακριβώς το ίδιο πρόβλημα με τον ιστότοπο Gomblingo. Με κάνει να πιστεύω ότι βρισκόμαστε στα χέρια κατά συρροή απατεώνων. Η ομάδα Kyc σας ζητά επανειλημμένα την τεκμηρίωση που έχει προωθηθεί πολλές φορές. Σας προσκαλούν ακόμη και να στείλετε ένα πιστοποιημένο έγγραφο, προωθημένο και αυτό. Το αίτημά τους είναι σωστό, αλλά η αναμονή είναι αγκυροβολημένη σε μια και μοναδική ελπίδα, αυτή της γρήγορης λήψης της απόσυρσης, η οποία επομένως παρέμεινε σε εκκρεμότητα για 9 ημέρες. Όλα αυτά είναι πραγματικά σουρεαλιστικά και ελπίζω να παρέμβουν οι δικαστικές αρχές για να ξεκαθαρίσουν λίγο τα πράγματα, γιατί τα έγγραφά μας είναι ευαίσθητα δεδομένα και δεν ξέρουμε τι θα γίνει με αυτά. Είναι σωστό κάθε χρήστης να εισπράττει το ποσό που κέρδισε και αν αυτό δεν συμβεί, ο μόνος βιώσιμος δρόμος εκτός από την καταγγελία είναι να καταγγελθούν αυτοί οι αδίστακτοι εγκληματίες, γιατί τελικά και εμείς σήμερα αισθανόμαστε ιδιαίτερα απατημένοι.
