Quite descriptive I would say, if only players wrote such things as often as possible. Thanks for it and it has already been approved. I like it when players say positive things and also negative things they see. It has more objectivity for me. 🙂

These casinos hire bots to write reviews. When going through all of the reviews written for the Cat/Gama casino family of websites, it's obvious that it's the same, mostly Russian folks, who leave comments that are all too similiar to one another. Also, these websites have been plagued with 'technical issues' for a few years now. I learned this the hard way, and still find the high ratings pretty deceitful. I guess they pay when pressured but that's seriously not how it should be.

Do you know that we had many times similar suspicion as well? Until we found out a way to be sure that all of these user reviews are from real players. We actually ask all of them to provide proof that they play at these casinos, and without this information we don't approve the user reviews. It works pretty well, actually.

These guys almost refused to close my account. They tried to convince me to continue playing and even tried to offer me tips and strategies to help me win. I had to repeat that I want the account closed for over 30 minutes because these weasels tried to force me to keep it open. Very, very irresponsible.

They try to keep their customers; it is nothing unusual.

Did you write a reason for closing your account?

We always say that every casino has to take the request seriously whenever a player states that the reason is gambling issues.

Otherwise it is just a business strategy on how to keep their customers, actually.

Trying to keep customers is one thing, telling them that you can actually develop strategies to keep on winning in purely luck based games, in this case slots, is another. The casino was trying to convince me to keep playing for over 30 minutes by telling me I could develop sustainable strategies to get a constant, sustainable revenue stream from slots. That is just insane and immoral, but I would expect nothing less from a company that has, for many years, stated that they have 'technical issues' while withdrawing, but refuse to do nothing to fix the matter. Half of the site is in Russian anyway. That alone should be a huge red flag.
