Hi, we certainly don't try to side with a casino that cheats. Your review was rejected for the aforementioned reason that it is about sports betting and we focus on online casinos. I understand that you are upset because the casino deprived you of your winnings, which is not a pleasant situation. However, since we do not deal with sports betting and do not inform about it, we have no possibility to consider whether the informations in the review are correct. 

Nevertheless, I am glad that you brought this to the forum, because this is a way to alert the players that the casino has not handled your case in a proper way. 

However, I would be interested to know what happened in your case, so that we and other players can have a better overview of the situation.

I completely understand that you are disappointed in this situation, because to tell you the truth, I would be too. I also don't think it's right that the casino didn't provide you with any information for which they took your winnings. Since you're a long-time player, I guess they're only doing themselves a disservice.

 

As for your idea of inviting the casino here, I think it's a good one. However, as we can see in this particular thread, the casino has never responded here, and therefore we have no opportunity to invite them into this conversation.

 

I would love to help you more, but I'm afraid our options are limited. Anyway, did you try to submit a complaint through the links I sent? I think the point is to solve the problem and I'd like to see for myself how it works there.

Can you contact BetNox Casino to find out what was the reason for canceling my bets?

I have tried to contact our affiliate about this situation and we will see if the casino will attempt to respond. It is the most I can do in this case and it seems to be more than the others have done.

Να είστε προσεκτικοί με το Bet Nox Casino. Το καζίνο παίρνει τα χρήματα που κερδίζετε χωρίς λόγο και δεν πρέπει να έχει καθόλου άδεια παιχνιδιού. Μου πήραν 635 ευρώ και το καζίνο δεν ήθελε να μιλήσει καθόλου γι' αυτό, οπότε αν δεν θέλεις να σε κλέψουν, σίγουρα μην παίξεις σε αυτό το καζίνο, διάλεξε άλλο!!

Οι κριτικές μου στο καζίνο διαγράφονται. Γιατί συμβαίνει αυτό? Το καζίνο με εξαπάτησε για ένα μεγάλο χρηματικό ποσό και δεν ήθελε να μιλήσει γι' αυτό εδώ. Θα ήθελα οι παίκτες να γνωρίζουν πώς λειτουργεί το καζίνο και να μην καταθέτουν τα χρήματά τους εκεί. Σας παρακαλώ να αποδεχτείτε την κριτική μου

As far as your user review is concerned, as I say, if it is related to sports betting, it is not fair for a casino to get a bad review for it. Of course, if it doesn't apply only to that area, I don't think it should be a problem to approve it. You can also warn players here on the forum just like you did now, so I reckon you did the right thing. 

Anyway, are you still in contact with the casino and trying to find out why they took your winnings ? I would be quite interested to know because it is certainly not right to take money without giving any reason.

Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί καζίνο όπως το Bet Nox λαμβάνουν περαιτέρω άδειες τυχερών παιχνιδιών εάν συμπεριφέρονται στους πελάτες με τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε να αφαιρούν όλα τους τα κέρδη.

Το γραφείο που εκδίδει τέτοιες άδειες καζίνο δεν έχει καμία επιρροή στα καζίνο; Δεν το καταλαβαίνω καθόλου.... Κατά τη γνώμη μου, παίρνοντας τα κέρδη μου που δούλευα σχεδόν ένα χρόνο και απλά μου τα πήρε το καζίνο, νομίζω ότι είναι κλοπή.

I think a fair casino should at least give some reason why they took your winnings, because you mentioned that they didn't tell you anything. In my opinion, it might be worth a try, but I don't guarantee that you will get that answer. 

Anyway, have you tried filing a complaint on websites that deal with sports betting ? I think it might be worth it. If you need, I could give you some links that might help you.
