My account got blocked about a month ago for demanding free VIP spins on my deposit as per their stated terms as I am Level 3 VIP and doing good. But just because I posted my opinion on trustpilot, lcb.org, casino.guru and their licence authorities and they blocked me forever. I know it sounds strange but this is fact and I have entire email chain how do they reacted specially Dylan my VIP manager. After few days, suddenly I saw an email with apologies from Raphael and stated that it was their mistake to block my account and that apologies drama bla bla bla and offered me 200$ cash bonus to remove my all platform reviews i did it and everything was fine. 2 days back I made fresh deposit and I lost it. I was doing nothing and just ready for next deposit on next day and found account is blocked again. Again apologies drama and acting like they really don't know how again it has been blocked. They took 3 days to identify the reason for block because this time they did not had any evidence of mine breaching any terms and conditions and already negative reviews were removed by me. After 3 days and endless emails and false commitment, today they clarified me that they don't have any reason for block and this is their final decision..LOL how can a casino can block for not reason. Etheryl is really a cheap if you are cashout little more and totally untrustworthy platform.
Now I am again ready to make this incident public because they fear to public reviews as they are new and specially if you post on trustpilot, casino guru forums and if even send email to their licence authorities they will remain active with you and come with an apology all the time.
One more weird things is their hidden bonus wagering terms. Just imagine i deposited 50 USD claim 100% bonus and successfully completed 40X wager and 800 USD was converted to my real balance and you what? They will not allow you to withdraw it and again I was imposed extra 2X Wager on entire won balance so logically it becomes 2000+ plus additional 1600 USD means total 3600 USD wagering before I can withdraw winning from my 50 USD. How much wagering it becomes for small 50 USD. They count all the real cash deposit, bonus deposit, bonus conversion money for 2X -3X additional flat additional wagering.
So it means if you deposit 100 USD and lost it wagering only 150 USD and if you make fresh 50 USD deposit and hit any big win like 2K USD within that 50 USD, you will end up with 4000 USD additional wagering to be able to withdraw your 150 USD winning...LOL..
Believe me guys, they are thieves and really out of mind they do whatever they thinks right. If you want attention from this casino, i request you to post your real negative experience here and go at casino.guru, lcb.org and keep writing until someone comes with an apology. It's their habit to wait and see how long user is escalating. I have read so many complaints on casino guru mentioned fake alligation of multi account and duped many Canadian players specially.
I will come here again and will share my experience at other social platforms soon. No casino can block any user account without any solid proofs of breach etc.
