I have played for some time here. Almost 2 weeks ago, I asked for a cash out of just 200 CAD. They canceled my request for every reason possible to delay the process. I can't see that in any world this is an 8 rating Casino... Even in the event they will pay me, this is 4 rating behavior at best...

Eight days today since I sent them a video of my passport next to my face but they are not giving me a timeline when I will be able to withdraw. Shady Casino and shady practices aimed to discourage withdrawals. I played here in 2022 and they took full 31 working days to pay me a small withdrawal. I forgot altogether about this experience and deposited again last week (casino.guru strangely is giving them the highest index of security and that was the reason I deposited), won a small amount and asked for a withdrawal again. 3 days gone and on live chat they are telling me that the withdrawal process will take again 31 days... You judge by yourself guys. You have to be an idiot like me to play here

Justbit asked me for my ID to verify my account after asking to withdraw 6.75 mbtc (almost 190 euros). I send it, the site then asked for my ID next to my face which I send also. Today they sent me an email telling me that my documents have been forged and they will close my account. I told them I can send them any docs they need, but they are not interested. they just want to confiscate my money

seems scam to me. Played for about a month here. No bonus taken, won just 100 euros and they have blocked the possibility of withdrawing my money. On live chat the guy there just tell me to wait for management.

Terrible experience. Almost 3 weeks now asking for my withdrawal to be paid. just 185 euros. I sent even a video of my passport and my face. They say they are investigating further and the investigation can take 31 days... And checking here the fresh.casino is commenting on all good reviews.
