Πριν ξεκινήσω το παράπονό μου, θέλω απλώς να πω πόσο τρομακτικό είναι να βλέπεις τον αριθμό των ανθρώπων στην ίδια κατάσταση με εμένα εδώ... όλοι με χρήματα να λάβουν ότι το καζίνο δεν θα πληρώσει!!!! Δεν πληρώνουν!!!
Ασχολούμαι με αυτό από την 29η. Χρησιμοποίησα μια προπληρωμένη κάρτα Visa (συνδεδεμένη με την κύρια κάρτα μου) για να κάνω τη μοναδική κατάθεση που έχω κάνει ποτέ σε αυτόν τον ιστότοπο. Ζήτησα ανάληψη στην ίδια κάρτα. Δεν ήξερα ότι αυτό δεν ήταν δυνατό. Το πρώτο πράγμα που μου είπαν ήταν ότι καθυστερούσαν οι αναλήψεις (το ίδιο λένε σε όλους) και μετά ότι δεν μπορούσα να κάνω ανάληψη σε διαφορετική κάρτα από αυτή που χρησιμοποίησα για την κατάθεση. Εντάξει, αυτό είναι λογικό. Μέρες και μέρες περνούσαν χωρίς απαντήσεις… πάντα ανταλλάσσοντας email. Στη συνέχεια έστειλαν τη συνεδρία παιχνιδιού μου για έλεγχο και μετά από αυτό, ζήτησαν επαλήθευση. Εντάξει, έστειλα αυτό που μου ζήτησαν. Περίμενα περισσότερο. Έμειναν χωρίς δικαιολογίες για να δώσουν, αυτή τη φορά έπρεπε να γίνουν δημιουργικοί. Χθες έκανα νέο αίτημα ανάληψης. Σήμερα, 11/09, επειδή ρώτησα για την κατάσταση του αιτήματος ανάληψης, μου είπαν ότι η τράπεζά μου απέρριψε την κατάθεση και μου είπε να ελέγξω τα όριά μου. Από το πουθενά, τα 900€ που ζήτησα για ανάληψη ακυρώθηκαν και εξαφανίστηκαν από τον gaming λογαριασμό μου. Δεν έχω και δεν είχα ποτέ όρια στον τραπεζικό μου λογαριασμό. Και η τράπεζά μου δεν με ενημέρωσε για οποιαδήποτε προσπάθεια για οποιαδήποτε πράξη, κατάθεση ή ανάληψη (όπως κάνουν πάντα αν συμβεί κάτι).
Σταματήστε να δικαιολογείτε!!!!! Θέλω τα λεφτά μου. Κατάθεση στον λογαριασμό μπορεί να γίνει μόνο με τον αριθμό λογαριασμού και το ξέρετε. Προφανώς, ο στόχος είναι να κρατήσω τα χρήματα στον λογαριασμό μου για να τα ξοδέψω. Αλλά δεν πρόκειται να το κάνω αυτό. Έχω το δικαίωμα να κάνω ανάληψη των χρημάτων μου και έχω ολοκληρώσει όλα τα απαραίτητα βήματα για να το κάνω! Κάντε το κομμάτι σας! Να είστε επαγγελματίες!!!!! Σταματήστε να δίνετε τις ίδιες δικαιολογίες!!!!

I've been dealing with this since the 29th. I used a prepaid Visa card (linked to my main card) to make the only deposit I’ve ever made on this site. I requested a withdrawal to the same card. I didn’t know that wasn’t possible. The first thing they told me was that withdrawals were delayed (they tell everyone the same thing) and then that I couldn’t withdraw to a different card than the one I used for the deposit. Okay, that makes sense. Days and days went by without responses… always exchanging emails. Then they sent my gaming session for review and after that, they asked for verification. Alright, I sent what they asked for. I waited longer. Running out of excuses to give, this time they had to get creative. Yesterday I made a new withdrawal request. Today, 09/11, because I asked about the status of my withdrawal request, they said my bank rejected the deposit and told me to check my limits. Out of nowhere, the €900 I requested for withdrawal was canceled and disappeared from my gaming account. I don’t have and never had any limits on my bank account. And my bank didn’t inform me of any attempt for any operation, deposit, or withdrawal (as they always do if something happens).
Stop making excuses!!!!! I want my money. A deposit in the account can only be done with the account number and you know that. Obviously, the aim is to keep the money in my account so I spend it. But I’m not going to do that. I have the right to withdraw my money and I’ve completed all necessary steps to do so! Do your part! Be professionals!!!!! Stop giving the same excuses!!!!
Antes de começar a minha reclamação só queria dizer o quão assustador é ver o número de pessoas que estão na mesma situação que eu aqui... toda gente com dinheiro por receber e que o casino não paga!!!! Eles não pagam!!!
Desde dia 29 que estou nesta situação. Usei um cartão visa pre pago (associado ao meu cartão) para fazer o único depósito que fiz neste site. Pedi levantamento para o mesmo cartão. Não sabia que isso não era possível. A primeira coisa que me disseram foi que os levantamentos estavam atrasados (dizem o mesmo a toda gente) e depois foi que não podia fazer o levantamento para um cartão diferente daquele que usei para depósito. Ok tudo bem, faz sentido. Passaram dias e dias sem respostas... sempre a trocar emails. Depois disso enviaram a minha sessão de jogo para análise e depois disso pediram me verificação. Tudo bem, enviei o que pediram. Esperei mais tempo. Sem mais desculpas para me dar, desta vez tinham de puxar pela imaginação. Ontem fiz novo pedido de levantamento. Hoje 11/09, e porque eu perguntei pelo estado do pedido do levantamento, disseram que o meu banco rejeitou a entrada do dinheiro e disseram para eu rever os meus limites. Do nada os 900€ que pedi levantamento foram cancelados de levantamento desapareceram da minha conta de jogo. Não tenho e nunca tive limites na conta do banco. E o meu banco não me informou da tentativa de qualquer operação, entrada ou saída de dinheiro (como sempre me avisam se acontecer).
Parem de arranjar desculpas!!!!! Quero o meu dinheiro. Um depósito na conta só pode ser realizado com número de conta e vocês sabem disso. Óbvio, o objectivo é manter o dinheiro na minha conta para eu o gastar. Pois eu não o vou fazer. Tenho direito a levantar o dinheiro e já fiz todos os passos necessários para isso! Façam a vossa parte! Sejam profissionais !!!!! Parem de dar sempre as mesmas desculpas!!!!
