ΜΗΝ ΑΝΟΙΓΕΤΕ ΛΟΓΑΡΙΑΣΜΟ ΜΕ ΑΥΤΟ ΤΟ ΚΑΖΙΝΟ! ΤΟ ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ ΚΑΖΙΝΟ ΠΟΤΕ! Δεν πιστεύω τις θετικές κριτικές του καζίνο. Διάβασε τους άλλους και θα καταλάβεις τα πάντα... Είμαι στην ίδια κατάσταση με όλους τους χρήστες παρακάτω. Περνώντας το ίδιο πράγμα. Ακριβώς η ίδια διαδικασία με όλους. Δεν ξέρουν καν να το καμουφλάρουν και να αλλάξουν μελωδία! Πρώτα λένε 24 ώρες για την πληρωμή, μετά μου λένε ότι θα πάρει λίγο περισσότερο από 24 ώρες και την επόμενη μέρα μου λένε ότι αντιμετωπίζουν δυσκολίες με τις πληρωμές και ότι δεν έχουν καμία προθεσμία να μου δώσουν. Ακριβώς την ίδια απάντηση δίνουν και σε άλλους χρήστες! Δεν ξέρω απολύτως τίποτα για την απόσυρσή μου. Φιλική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών; Καθόλου. Απλώς προσπαθούν να εξαπατήσουν με διαφορετικές δικαιολογίες κάθε μέρα... τι ακολουθεί; Θα κατάσχουν τις κινήσεις μου όπως έκαναν στους άλλους; Ακόμα περιμένω απάντηση και διευκρίνηση και ειδικά για τα λεφτά μου!

ΟΧΙ ΧΡΗΜΑΤΑ! Οι δικαιολογίες συνεχίζονται.
Τώρα που έχουν τα σωστά στοιχεία και όχι άλλες δικαιολογίες, κατηγορούν την τράπεζα και λένε ότι η τράπεζα απέρριψε το έμβασμα !!! Να είστε πολύ προσεκτικοί με αυτό το καζίνο!!! Η τράπεζά μου με ενημερώνει πάντα για τυχόν εισερχόμενα, απόπειρα εισερχόμενων ή εξερχόμενων χρημάτων. Δεν έχω ενημερωθεί για τίποτα. ΕΙΝΑΙ ΟΛΑ ΜΙΑ ΣΥΜΒΑΣΗ!!!

Τελικά το καζίνο με πλήρωσε ό,τι είχε να μου πληρώσει, μετά από πολλά πολλά email. Ευχαριστώ το Casino Guru που με βοήθησες!
DON'T OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS CASINO! WORST CASINO EVER! I don't believe the casino's positive reviews. Read the others and you'll understand everything... I'm in the same situation as all the users below. Going through the same thing. Exactly the same procedure with everyone. They don't even know how to disguise it and change their tune! First they say 24 hours for payment, then they tell me it's going to take a bit longer than 24 hours and the next day they tell me they're having difficulties with payments and that they don't have any deadlines to give me. Exactly the same answer they give other users! I know absolutely nothing about my withdrawal. Friendly customer service? Not at all. They simply try to deceive with different excuses every day... what's next? Are they going to confiscate my moves like they did to the others? I'm still waiting for an answer and clarification, and especially for my money!

NÃO ABRAM CONTA NESTE CASINO! PIOR CASINO DE SEMPRE!! Não acredito nas avaliações positivas do casino. Leiam as outras e vão perceber tudo.. Estou na mesma situação de todos os users em baixo. A passar pelo mesmo. Exatamente o mesmo procedimento com toda gente. Nem sabem disfarçar e mudar o discurso! Primeiro dizem 24h para o pagamento, depois disseram-me que ia demorar um pouco mais de 24h e no dia a seguir já foi que estavam com dificuldades nos pagamentos e que não tinham prazos para me dar. Exatamente a mesma resposta que dão aos outros utilizadores! Não sei de absolutamente nada do meu levantamento. Serviço de apoio ao cliente amigável? Nada disso. Simplesmente tentam enganar com desculpas diferentes todos os dias... qual o próximo passo? Vão confiscar as minhas jogadas como fizeram aos outros? Continuo aguardar por uma resposta e um esclarecimento e principalmente a aguardar pelo meu dinheiro!

Agora que já tinham os dados corretos e mais nenhuma desculpa, culparam o banco e disseram que o banco rejeitou a transferência !!! Tenham muito cuidado com este casino!!! O meu banco sempre informa de qualquer entrada, tentativa de entrada ou saída de dinheiro. Não fui informada de nada. É TUDO UMA INVENÇÃO!!!
