Buongiorno siccome ho aperto più accaunt per giocare online dopo inoltrata la documentazione da loro richiesta sono stato bloccato dicendomi che ho due accaunt uguali e non posso ricevere i soldi e che se voglio continuare con loro verrà cancellato il saldo i bonus per poter sbloccare la situazione io non ho accettato anche perché giorni prima prelevavo senza problemi anche con lo stesso doppio accaunt.Vi chiedo se gentilmente mi risolvete il problema.
