Το Smokace δεν δέχεται αναστολή λογαριασμού ή αυτο-αποκλεισμό με ενεργό υπόλοιπο ακόμα κι αν του το γράψετε όπως λέτε. Είχα ρωτήσει κι εγώ στο chat.
Απλώς ήθελαν να περιμένουν να χάσω τα χρήματα! Και στους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις τους για να ζητήσουν ένα διάλειμμα δεν είναι απαραίτητο να αναφέρουμε τον εθισμό στον τζόγο. Ακολούθησα λοιπόν άψογα τις οδηγίες του συμβολαίου.
Ζήτησα να ανοίξει ξανά η καταγγελία.
Σχετικά με αυτό το παράπονο δεν ξέρω ποιος σας είπε ότι έλαβα τα χρήματα.
Πήρα μόνο 1800€.
Απομένουν σχεδόν 7000€!! Και είμαστε 12 μέρες μακριά από το αίτημα.

Smokace non accetta la sospensione del conto o autoesclusione con un saldo attivo nemmeno se glielo scrivi come dici te. Avevo già chiesto anche in chat.
Volevano solo aspettare che perdessi i soldi! E comunque nei loro termini e condizioni per chiedere un periodo di pausa non è necessario citare la dipendenza dal gioco. Quindi ho seguito perfettamente le indicazioni da contratto.
Ho chiesto la riapertura del reclamo.
Per quanto riguarda questo reclamo non so chi ti abbia detto che ho ricevuto i soldi.
Ho ricevuto soltanto 1800€.
Mancano ancora quasi 7000€!! E siamo a 12 giorni dalla richiesta.
