Το αίτημά μου απορρίφθηκε και έτσι επικοινώνησα με την υποστήριξη πελατών τους, οι οποίοι μου είπαν ότι λείπουν ορισμένα έγγραφα για την επικύρωση του λογαριασμού μου. Στην αρχή, ήταν απόδειξη διεύθυνσης και μετά την επίλυση αυτού του ζητήματος, αποδείχθηκε ότι ήταν απόδειξη κατάθεσης μέσω MBWAY (κάτι που ΚΑΝΕΝΑ καζίνο δεν μου είχε ζητήσει ποτέ). I made several deposits and after making a profit, I requested a withdrawal. My request was denied, and so I contacted their customer support, who told me that some documents were missing to validate my account. At first, it was proof of address, and after resolving that issue, it turned out to be proof of deposit via MBWAY (something that NO casino had ever asked me for). This issue was resolved and I finally requested the withdrawal via SKRILL. I waited for 3 days (72h) for it to be validated. However, in the final straight, my withdrawal got canceled. Once again, I contacted their customer support, who merely said that the withdrawal via Skrill is currently inactive, conveniently, and that I should request the withdrawal by bank transfer. I did that, and currently, I am waiting to see if my withdrawal request will FINALLY be approved or not.
I've been dealing with this situation since May 12 at 4 p.m. I just want to receive the withdrawal I requested.

O casino em questão é muito iniciante, o apoio ao cliente é simpático e disponível, mas não justificam os seus atos.
Fiz vários depósitos e depois de obter lucro, pedi um levantamento. Foi-me recusado, e por isso entrei em contacto com o apoio ao cliente, onde me disseram que faltava documentos para validar a minha conta, primeiro era o comprovativo de morada, depois de resolver isso, afinal era o comprovativo de depósito por MBWAY (coisa que NUNCA, em nenhum casino me pedira). Esse assunto ficou resolvido e finalmente fiz o pedido do levantamento pela SKRILL, aguardei 3 dias(72h) para que fosse validado, e na reta final, o meu levantamento foi cancelado. Mais uma vez, entrei em contacto com o apoio ao cliente, que apenas me disseram que o levantamento via Skrill está inativo de momento, assim sem mais nem menos, convenientemente, e que deveria fazer o pedido de levantamento por pedido de Transferência Bancária. Assim o fiz, e estou neste momento à espera para saber se o meu pedido de levantamento vai FINALMENTE ser aprovado ou não.
Estou nesta situação desde dia 12 de maio, às 16h. Apenas quero receber o levantamento que solicitei.
