Το υπέβαλα και τελικά εγκρίθηκε. Ζήτησα την ανάληψη των χρημάτων μου για άλλη μια φορά και δεν έχει γίνει ακόμη αποδεκτή, ωστόσο τώρα λένε ότι όλα είναι σωστά και ότι το αίτημα έγκρισης ανάληψης μπορεί να διαρκέσει έως και 3 ημέρες. Μέχρι στιγμής, δεν ξέρω αν θα λάβω ποτέ τα χρήματά μου. Είναι καλύτερα να ξοδέψετε τα χρήματά σας σε άλλο καζίνο.
Εκσυγχρονίζω:
Μετά από 72 ώρες/3 ημέρες, ακύρωσαν το αίτημα ανάληψης μέσω Skrill και με συμβούλεψαν να ζητήσω νέα ανάληψη, αλλά αυτή τη φορά με Τραπεζική Κατάθεση, χωρίς να αιτιολογήσουν τίποτα. Ακόμα δεν έχω λάβει τα χρήματά μου.

So far, I don't know if I will ever receive my money. It's better to spend your money at another casino.

After 72 hours/3 days, they canceled my withdrawal request via Skrill and advised me to request a new withdrawal, but this time by Bank Transfer, without justifying anything. I still don't receive my money.
Fiz vários depósitos no casino e no final acabei por ter lucro e ganhar um bom dinheiro, mesmo depois da verificação feita e concluída com sucesso, entrei em contacto com o apoio a cliente e foi-me dito que o comprovativo de morada era inválido, inseri um comprovativo novo e foi aprovado, mesmo assim não consegui fazer o levantamento do meu dinheiro. Voltei a entrar em contacto com o apoio ao cliente, e desta vez, já me foi dito que era necessário um comprovativo do meu pagamento por MBWAY, mandei o tradicional comprovativo que o MBWAY nos fornece e não foi o suficiente, tive mesmo que me dirigir ao meu banco em questão e pedir um comprovativo especializado. Submeti e finalmente foi aprovado. Pedi mais uma vez o levantamento dos meus fundos e ainda não foi aceite, contudo agora dizem que está tudo correto e que o pedido de aprovação de levantamento pode demorar até 3 dias. Até ao momento, não sei se alguma vez irei receber o meu dinheiro. É melhor gastarem o vosso dinheiro em outro casino.
Atualização:
Passando 72h/3 dias, cancelaram o meu pedido de levantamento via Skrill e aconselharam a pedir novo levantamento, mas desta vez por Transferência Bancária, sem me justificar nada. Continuo sem receber o meu dinheiro.
