Guru, o Snatch não verifica minha conta, está pedindo documentos que eu não consigo obter pois eles, simplesmente, não existem. O primeiro passo foi OK, depois eu comecei a jogar no cassino e consegui chegar a quase 300BRL de saldo e daí começaram os problemas. Primeiramente eles pediram para eu entrar no aplicativo de meu banco para enviar informações pessoais e de endereço que provavam que eu existia mesmo em relação àquela conta bancária. Eu enviei e agora acabo de receber uma resposta pedindo as mesmas informações (email, CEp, endereço,etc) em um extrato bancário, algo que não existe no meu banco ao menos que eu vire um hacker, entre no sistema do meu banco e altere as configuraçãoes de extratos bancários, ou seja, algo impossível de se conseguir.
Parece-me que o Snatch ultrapassou todos os limites e quer entrar em conflito com os jogadores mesmo. Até agora um dos piores cassinos que eu já joguei, cheio de táticas que jogam contra o jogador e, agora, voltaram-se contra os players mesmo. Essa é minha impressão, espero estar enganado e ter uma boa resposta para esses abusos.
Impossível conseguir esses documentos que estão solicitando!!!
